Monthly Rentals in Downtown, Durham

I stayed in this unit with my small dog for a month, and it was a super comfortable place for a long-term stay! The kitchen is well stocked and easy to cook in, the bed is comfy, and the space is great. The neighborhood is safe, walkable, and convenient. Parking was never an issue. Adam and Rachel were always VERY responsive when issues cropped up—I really appreciated how quickly they got back to me with a resolution. The only thing to note - the walls in the unit are very thin, so you will 100% hear your neighbors—just a reminder to be considerate if you choose to stay here. I’d absolutely stay again!!

We were going to see a Beach Boys concert at DPAC and did not want to drive home which was 45 minutes or so. Looked for a place very close and safe walk to the concert. We walked 7 minutes to a nice restaurant and then a couple mins to the concert. Great night! Place was very comfortable and very quiet. All good.

Clean, cozy and close to downtown!! A perfect spot!

I highly recommend Lucy's property if you are in town for a DPAC or Bulls Stadium event. Both are short walks away from her location. There are also plenty of bars, restaurants, and things to do nearby. She also has a zero gravity massage chair that is great! Do not waste money on a hotel...stay here!
