Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Downtown, Durham

I stayed in this unit with my small dog for a month, and it was a super comfortable place for a long-term stay! The kitchen is well stocked and easy to cook in, the bed is comfy, and the space is great. The neighborhood is safe, walkable, and convenient. Parking was never an issue. Adam and Rachel were always VERY responsive when issues cropped up—I really appreciated how quickly they got back to me with a resolution. The only thing to note - the walls in the unit are very thin, so you will 100% hear your neighbors—just a reminder to be considerate if you choose to stay here. I’d absolutely stay again!!

I am one of those people that like to “live” at my Airbnbs - cook, option to do laundry, and hang out comfortably. This place fit the bill. Very well thought out details - well placed plugs for devices, soft towels, comfy bed, bottles of water on bedside tables, pots and pan that were well taken care of, washing machine pods provided, etc, etc. It was quiet and very peaceful situated at the back of the lot surrounded by beautiful trees. Location is perfect for UNC or Carrboro. Hosts were responsive and accommodating concerning specific requests. Highly recommend.

Great apartment--tons of natural light, comfortable beds, and a well-equipped kitchen. Lots of thoughtful touches that are uncommon in an airbnb rental--tote bags for shopping, reusable water bottles for walks, period products in the bathroom. This place is an easy walk to coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and Weaver Street Market, a nice grocery co-op that's also a kind of community hub. We had everything we needed for a reunion of grad school friends. I would definitely stay here again

Haley and Sam were solicitous, responded quickly to all my messages, and even thoughtfully offered a late check-out, which I greatly appreciated. Their place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. If you're looking for a convenient spot with easy walking access to Duke University, this is definitely the place to stay! I recommend their place and would absolutely return.

Amazing AMAZING host. They were able to accommodate me whenever I had a scheduling change. Located in the heart of downtown close to many bars and restaurants. The host was responsive and friendly. Will definitely book again when I am back in town

I've stayed at Blake's place a handful of times now and it's always a comfortable stay. It's spacious and well-stocked and the location is great for bopping around downtown Durham. Blake has been a gracious and helpful host.

This home was beautiful and spotless. It looked like new, but with charm and character. There is plenty of storage in each room. The hosts were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We loved walking through the neighborhood and finding local coffee shops. Would definitely stay again!

It's a very nice n clean home. I Love the set up of the whole home, especially the master bedroom was very nice n the faucets that she has in the bathrooms make me want to go Lowes n get some. They were different, n I like that. I had enough rooms for my Family n we felt right at home. It's close to alot of places, especially for gas n food. Great place to stay, clean, convenient to restaurants and event locations just off of the interstate. As an air B and B host myself I had high expectations for my stay and they were met. The host was responsive and helpful. Good place for a get away and I would highly recommend this property.

Lorel’s place was exactly what we were looking for- a great place to stop over, to break up a long drive. Spotless, well appointed, very close to downtown/restaurants/breweries, and the bed mattress was excellent!

Truly one of the best thought out stays I’ve experienced. Jim and Donna have planned for many details, from a place to dry dishes to tissues to extra bath towels. The kitchen is well stocked and there is nothing missing you could need! They’ve even made sure to have plenty of outlets in the nightstand lamps. The fenced yard is great for pets and a good size lot. A peaceful and ideal location for Durham.

We really enjoyed our visit. This was our second time in a house hosted by Amy and Elizabeth and as before, they provided a great experience. The house was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. We enjoyed hanging out in the backyard garden, which was private and has nice furniture to sit on. Trinity Park is a nice neighborhood with beautiful historic homes. We were fortunate to be able to tour several of them as we were there during the neighborhood’s annual tour of homes. It’s close to Duke East campus and a short, easy drive into downtown Durham. I would stay there on a future visit.

Crystals place was wonderful beds were comfortable her home was very clean and tidy as described in her description neighborhood was quiet my family and I felt right at home!

Gayathri’s place was absolutely perfect for our group of 8 during commencement weekend. I cannot say enough good things about her and the space she has created. The family room easily accommodated our group to gather and enjoy time together, and we loved that each bedroom had a king size bed. The location is perfect for quick and easy access to campus and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Gayathri quickly responded to any messages and was such a joy to communicate with. She also left some breakfast items for us which was much appreciated the morning after we arrived. It was so nice to not have to run to the store the moment we arrived. The coffee she provided was also much appreciated! If you have a group visiting Durham and this home is available, do not hesitate to book!

The space was well cared for and well presented. Definitely coming back when i go to raleigh again.

The home was beautiful and had a lot of space. It was just two of us, but we could have easily split it with at least two more people. We especially loved the lake view patio. We enjoyed our morning coffee out there every morning as well as a few night caps. It was so peaceful. Jim was very easy and quick to communicate with. We would definitely stay there again.

Being from the Raleigh area, I was excited to find a charming home in the Village District. The neighborhood is beautiful, and quiet. Grocery, shopping & dining of Cameron Village are super close. Fifteen minutes from RDU, and less than ten from downtown. It’s a great location for a vacation stay! Patti was kind, gracious and informative. Everything was exactly as described. Would definitely stay again, and I recommend this place to anyone visiting Raleigh.

Pearl Mill is a unique place with a great pool and gardens. The people there are super friendly, I felt so welcome. Easy parking, feels very safe. The condo is as described and very comfortable, perfect for one or two people. The outdoor environment, the inner courtyard, is beautiful and full of things to do. Very walkable to great restaurants, the Ellerbee trail, and the farmer's market on Saturday. Robert and the Trianglebnb folks were super responsive when my flight was delayed and I needed to stay an extra night. I'd definitely stay again. Thanks Robert!

Kiyonna’s place is beautiful. Very comfortable , cozy , and cute. Check in instructions were clear aiding in a smooth check in as well as check out. Kiyonna is a very responsive host! We enjoyed our stay.
