Vacation rentals with a patio in Downey

We only stayed here one night to attend a graduation, but we absolutely loved the place. The pictures are great, but you won't really get just how charming the place is till you're there. It was plenty of space for 3 of us. Loved the little balcony and the writing/reading corner. We all slept great on the 3 beds: the beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet, even with the windows open overnight. We were there on a Wed night and we always found a parking spot close to the home along the street. We didn't cook there but it looked like everything you'd need was there. We enjoyed walking 5 minutes to breakfast at Park Pantry and being so close to everything we needed to access. Even with the hosts living in the downstairs home, we never heard them and our upstairs home was quiet and private. Pamela was always quick to respond and was accommodating of our schedule. We'd stay here again and highly recommend.

Loved staying at Will's place in Long Beach. Walkable from the beach, the park, and marinas. Check-in was so simple thanks to Will's messaging. And his local suggestions made everything even easier - a free local shuttle - who knew?! Highly recommend staying at Will's pad. Terrific location, right in the heart of the Alamitos Bay / Naples marina and beach neighborhood in Long Beach. And if you are sailing at ABYC - this is the perfect stay.

I had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean and had a wonderful breeze with the windows open. There are two very cute dogs on the property, they're very friendly. The view was incredible. There is a fantastic bagel shop within walking distance. Very centrally located for things to do in silverlake. I would definitely stay here again.

The home is a real gem. I loved that it was located in a very quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to several grocery stores and shopping centers. The unit is a detached garage that was reconverted but it was very clean and well maintained with a classy creative touch! Will definitely be coming back!

We had a great 2-night stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with thoughtful amenities that made our stay extra enjoyable. Communication with the host was smooth and they were very responsive. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Natasha was the best host I have met! Respond to my message quickly and very understanding. The unit was small but sweet, had everything I needed. I liked the decoration. Only thing is that it was a bit difficult to walk my dog in the neighborhood as a lot of neighbours have dogs that will bark when we walked by. We encountered off leash dogs twice and had to run back.

Exceptional Host & Beautiful Home! I couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Eric was an incredible host—responsive, courteous, and incredibly attentive to every detail. From check-in to check-out, he made sure everything was perfect, and his hospitality made the stay special. The home itself was immaculate, exactly as pictured (if not better!). The beds were spacious and comfortable, and the entire space was beautifully designed. And that backyard? Absolutely amazing—such a peaceful retreat! Really cute home, all renovated. Comfortable. The AC we used it a little but realized with the ceiling fans and windows we didnt need. Lots of restaurants and coffee areas quick driving. There's a park behind the house. Be ready for looking for parking but its California which its expected. The host is nice and very responsive, A+ Thank you! Highly recommended

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Tarik’s Airbnb. It truly felt like a home away from home. Tarik was very responsive, flexible, and professional throughout the entire process, even when a small hiccup occurred on my end. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect for my group, and the patio speakers were a great bonus. Beds were comfortable, and the space was totally worth the price. Thank you again for having me, Tarik!

Very good value for money accommodation close to Los Angeles

Ann’ space was the perfect spot for a night to sleep peacefully. The space itself had everything my friends and I needed for a pleasant stay. Ann is an extremely proactive and communicative host who was always available if need be. Her friendly and calm approach was such a relief to encounter and I highly recommend staying at any of her spaces if you’re planning a a trip and need a place to stay!

Stayed here with two friends for the weekend and really enjoyed it. The place was clean, cozy, and had a nice bathroom. The neighborhood was nice and there was plenty to do nearby. The host was kind and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience smooth. Overall, a great stay and I’d definitely come back.

PHENOMENAL! My stay exceeded all expectations in this musical time capsule. This smart home had exciting & inviting energy. My daughter and I felt right at home with all the wonderful amenities. A large plush bed, fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking/baking needs, washer & dryer in condo, comfortable couches, but I'd have to say our favorite was the 360 view from rooftop pool. Relaxing in the hot tub at night and enjoying the panoramic skyline of the city was breathtaking. Peter's quick responses and solutions to all my questions was a huge plus. I think the only minor drawback was the parking garage being across the street, but its a short 2-5 minute walk. I recommend this lovely location to anyone and would most definitely stay here again. Very helpful and communicative

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was beautiful. The location was so convenient; we went to the bar next door for cocktails, walked to whole food… so much near by. The bed was super comfortable and it was a bonus using the hot tub and seeing the sunset lit skyline on the roof top. I was concerned it might be noisy but it was not at all. I did not hear anything in the bedroom where I need quiet for sleep. It was truly perfect! Malcom was an amazing host, very responsive and allowed us to check in early as we had arrived earlier from our trip overseas. Wonderful stay!

The only thing that would be better is later checkout. June Gloom in LA makes an afternoon the best time to be in or near a pool, and it is sooooo lovely up on the roof. Beds and pillows were comfy, kitchen was well equipped, tv worked well and the couch was comfy to hang out on,too!

I had a great stay! The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious, with a large balcony and two bathrooms—perfect for relaxing and feeling at home. The location is fantastic, in a safe neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away. Having access to a parking garage was a huge plus—finding parking in LA can be tough, but this made it super easy. The host was very responsive, understanding, and genuinely nice and cool. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

I had an incredible extended stay at Adam's place! It was very clean, quiet and in a great location. I was so happy and I highly recommend staying there. Adam was very responsive and I didn't have one issue!

We really enjoyed our stay at Oksana’s place! It was very clean and as described. Check-in and check-out was easy and the instructions were clear. Parking can be tough, but we got really lucky and got a spot right in front of the building. We decided to uber to places if needed for the remainder of our trip. That worked out smoothly and didn’t have to worry about getting places or finding parking when returning. Overall, very nice place and would recommend!
