The house is located a few meters after the village square, 4 km from the famous beach of Paleokastritsa, with garden and lawn and shade under the lotus tree with enough calm for relaxation. Private parking inside the premises for security. There is also a shared barbecue. Also in the village square you will find 3 tavernas, a mini market and around 500 meters you will find 2 supermarkets, a gas station, a café, a hairdresser, a playground.

The new kitchenette has everything you need to prepare breakfasts and light meals. There is a seating area outside the front of the house, or the cafe bar, bakery and 3 tavernas in the village square are just 100m away. The nearest (free) public car park is 150m. The ground floor consists a spacious living/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with balcony. All 3 bedrooms are on the 1st floor, each with his own balcony. The Master bedroom has the bathroom ensuite, the other two bedrooms have the bathroom next door.
