Carol’s place was great and I will definitely try to stay there again. It’s the perfect cozy space for a solo trip & smelled amazing. The only cons were that there's no natural sunlight & phone service can be a little choppy. The WiFi makes up for that though. Overall, great stay and Carol was extremely responsive and helpful.

Phiona is a god sent!!! I've stayed at her place quite a few times and I have to tell you,every single I stay there it really feels like home!!! She is the sweetest ever. I had the pleasure to meet her in person and it was nothing short of a blessing. From the little personal touches that she always seems to display just down to the warm welcome you feel when your their! Her place is a beautiful gem nestled away for a perfect get away!!!! It's really an oasis in West Ends! Very well maintained and clean with a super comfortable bed and a sofa that doesn't want you to get up! 🙂 Very friendly hosts and by car you can reach all tourist attractions and the airport in 20 minutes. Absolutely satisfied and recommended!

If you are on the fence about renting a property from Avanna…Just do it! She is absolutely magnificent and you couldn’t ask for a better host. Sentral is such a great building with 1000 x’s more amenities than you will get at a hotel paying double the price.

This airbnb was clean and had just what we needed , everything was in the same condition as seen on the display photos , Danielle was very attentive. we would most definitely come back !

It was cozy like home. It was a bit hard to see from the street because of the trees and the mailbox is covered in vines blocking the numbers. Overall it was great and would stay there again next year.

When they say quiet, they mean QUIET! I had lots of early bedtimes and equally early rises and I can't say that I remember much noise. The neighborhood was peaceful, I felt safe, College Park was right down the way so there was always plenty of shopping places around should I have needed something. 10/10 I would 100% book again.

Hands Down the Best Airbnb Experience I've Ever Had! This was truly the best place I've ever stayed. From the moment I booked, the host was incredibly responsive and kind. The property itself was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed — but what really made it special was the thoughtful service. When I arrived, they had left two bottles of water and some chocolates as a thank-you for my military service. That small gesture meant so much and really set the tone for the rest of the stay. Everything about this experience exceeded expectations — the location, the cleanliness, the comfort, and especially the hospitality. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for somewhere that feels like more than just a stay, book this one. You won’t regret it.

I really appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the apartment. I was there four nights and whatever I needed was there—from body wash to coffee. Lovely, big coffee cups! Perfectly quiet at night in the neighborhood. So convenient to my relative’s place! Leslie is delightful to chat with. I would definitely want to stay here again!

Sara's place was perfect for the convention we attended that was about a block away. The security at the entrance and multiple locked checkpoints made us feel safe during our stay, and Sara was super responsive when we had any questions. I'm hoping we can get it again for next year!

I had a great stay at Julian’s place! He was incredibly professional and responsive, always quick to answer any questions and made check-in seamless. The space was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was also super convenient, centrally located with easy access to everything I needed in Atlanta. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Julian as a host!

The location is great if you’re going to the aquarium and Coke. Adam had helpful recommendations for parking.

William is a very responsive and responsible host. His communication is great and the bnb was as expected. Good location, with places for food nearby, and walkable to a lot of different places. Scooters, bikes, and the Marta train station nearby as well. Would recommend!

It was nice coming to a home that was clean and ready to go. All of our essentials were provided and it was a comfortable stay. Bryce was very nice and communicated in a timely manner.

Beth’s place is centrally located to an endless amount of things to do. Her apartment is well appointed and very functional. We’ll definitely rent from Beth in the future!
