This air bnb was perfect for our long weekend in Gardnerville. very friendly hosts, perfect yard for our dogs. Just enough amenities for what we needed!

Great spot on a quiet street with easy access to Minden/Gardnerville and Carson City. Plenty of privacy from the main house, adequate off street parking. Full size stove/oven and fridge a plus. Comfortable queen bed. Very tiny washing machine and no dryer, so plan to do laundry somewhere else. Comfortable heating/air conditioning, but AC units a bit noisy and space consuming. Overall, good value for a monthly stay.

We stayed for a month and really enjoyed it! Beautiful location right at the base of the Kingsbury grade. Gardnerville is a cute, quiet, small town with friendly people and a couple great restaurants. Just 20ish minutes to Tahoe and much more affordable than the air bnbs closer to the lake. House had lots of space and felt like home! Ryan and Kimberly were friendly and responsive.

The studio is good for one person and has everything you need. I had a little issue with the check in with the bolt be locked or the door shifting so I wasn’t able to check in , but she was responsive and just around the corner to help. There was also a ton of snow storms and the plow would come by as well . I stayed for the last month of my contract and it was a five min drive or a half an hour walk so I would walk or bike when permitted.
