We had an amazing 3 days in this great cabin RIGHT ON THE BEACH!!! We absolutely loved it. It was wonderfully quiet and peaceful - we couldn't recommend it highly enough. It helped of course that we had fab weather! It is extremely well designed and equipped and there is plenty of room for 2 people. (The mezzanine might be challenging for a big bloke...!) We found good and varied places to eat in Lyme Regis which is a unique and delightful place. The coastline is stunning. Go!

I had a wonderful 3 days at Chalet 31. Lyme Regis is a very special place for me and was just what I needed. I felt like I was in a little cocoon, all cosy and warm. Being by the sea is so good for the soul. The chalet was exceptional, beautiful flowers, yummy biscuits, tea and milk, such a thoughtful gesture. Didn't want to leave! Just right and you need 3 days to wind down and appreciate it. Will be back again for sure. Thank you Irene xx

We had an excellent week at this property. Lovely location, we enjoyed our walks down to the beach each day with our dog. Such a lovely buzz on the beach, very chilled. The open top bus from the site to Sandbanks and Poole was great. Our teenage daughter and her friend made use of this a couple of times to go shopping and explore a little on their own. We visited Corfe Castle, which was in a lovely place and parked on the Purbeck car park (rather than the actual Castle Car Park) which gave a lovely scenic walk through and passed over the Steam Railway. We visited Lulworth Cove and did the cliff top walk over to Durdle Door, which was an amazing site. Weymouth is beautiful, very sunny that day so perfect for a sea side resort. We took a look at the Beach Hut, in a great place, with a green area, Cafe and play park. Would work really well as a base for enjoying yourselves, especially if you have younger children. We had an amazing one-night stay at this Shepherd Hut with our puppy. Everything exceeded our expectations. The place is exactly as described and matches the photos perfectly. It was extremely clean, and the washroom facilities were spotless with hot water available even at midnight. Arriving late was no issue, which was very convenient for us. In the morning, we enjoyed delicious homemade bacon and egg baps along with fresh coffee. The site itself is beautiful, featuring a dedicated dog field at the end, which was perfect for our pup. The location is also great, being just a short distance from the seaside. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and will definitely be coming back!

Lovely hut inside and out, set within lovely gardens. Plenty of places to relax outside, especially the hot tub. We drove to the Bell at Broadway, lovely pub for food with plenty of options and majority can be gf too, including the home made pizza with a large selection of toppings.

Thank you so much for hosting us Tracy. The hut was perfect, beautifully furnished with lots of thoughtful touches. The best bit was the location, private and secluded. The view from hut was just of rolling hills - no buildings or even roads in sight! A place to unwind and de-stress.

Lizzie is a very friendly host who immediately made us feel welcome, cabin is in a secluded part of the property allowing you peace and quiet without the chance of being disturbed, cabin had some lovely homely touches including some toys for the younger guest, produce from the onsite farm shop was exceptional. Will definitely stay here again if we are staying in the area

Lovely little hidden gem, located within easy walking distance of Charmouth beach It does take a little longer to walk back as beach is at bottom of hill. Annex had everything you could need with fully fitted kitchen. Eric v informative about local area and happy to share his knowledge. The bedroom really is up a ladder but we loved that. Accommodation warm but windows and roof light allowed a lovely breeze. Heating available if needed with great shower and hot water instantly. Towel rail to dry swim stuff. Have recommended to friends Small side note - if you want to eat out plan in advance as not that many options in Charmouth - we visited the Royal Oak food looked great but they were fully booked

Had a lovely weekend getaway, we were spoilt with the weather. Stunning location and surrounded by lots of lovely towns to visit.

Had a lovely three night stay in Acorn hut. Spacious and very private outdoor space with a hot tub for relaxing. Bathroom facilities were clean and shower was great. The hut itself was cosy with everything you need for a few nights away. Big enough for my partner and I as well as our large greyhound. The host was lovely and helpful with advice about places to go and the surrounding area. Would definitely recommend a stay here for anyone looking for a peaceful spot.

What a special place! We couldn't recommend more highly. This cabin is relaxed and luxurious, Jeremy and Tessa have thought of everything! Very comfy bed, well equipped kitchen and great shower. Thank you for the delicious homemade shortbread and the prompt communication. We loved exploring the nearby beaches and walks - the surrounding countryside is so peaceful. Waking up to the sound of birds and the sheep was lovely. We would love to return! 😊

We had a lovely night at the Igloo. Kate was very helpful. The wood fired hot tub was great. The location is really good for local walks.

Had an amazing two night stay here. Was very easy to find following the instructions provided. Beautiful location and no noise. Cabin was really cosy and looked exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and provides everything you need and more. Hosts were very pleasant and welcoming also providing a nice book of things to do in the area. Definitely recommend and will be staying here again in the future for sure!

Beautifully furnished and lovely sea and countryside views. Easy walk either to beach or village. Great pubs nearby - Anchor and Clock Inn.

The shepherd's hut is the perfect peaceful getaway if you want to be in the middle of nature. Ducks, geese and a peacock wander the lawn - slice of heaven

we absolutely loved it as soon as we saw the shepards hut inside and out. right next to chesil beach, good restaurant/bar 2 mins walk away. we booked again 🙂

A cosy little English cottage as described by Katie. Lovely gardens with spring blooms. Katie provided very clear instructions to get to the cottage, cannot go wrong. Left great recommendations to local sights; we love Stourhead and even managed to squeeze in Salisbury and Stonehege for a day. Wished we stayed longer.

Sarah’s shepherds hut is an absolutely beautiful place to stay! Although near the main road, it feels like a little oasis and the finish of the hut interior itself is stunning. Would love to stay here again!

We had a very enjoyable stay, the location is really good, the cabin is cosy and comfortable. The bathroom is modern and clean. Jenny is friendly and communicative, it was an absolute pleasure.

We had a lovely stay - beautiful, modern decor. Balcony was peaceful. Bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever stayed in away from home! Met Tony and Sally who were pleasant and friendly and gave us some good restaurant recommendations. 20 min downhill walk to the harbour. Would happily stay here again - thank you.

We really loved our time at the loft- one of the best airbnb stays we've ever had. The hosts Dawn and Anthony were extremely helpful and kind. The accomodation was perfect, with beautiful surroundings and walks right on the doorstep. Lovely little village with nice pub within walking distance. Highly recommended!

Lovely stay at a peaceful location in the cosy shepherds hut! Close to the coast but away from the busy areas of Lyme Regis and West Bay. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in a peaceful setting and relax.
