Awarded 3 stars by the France Tourism board. Our home lies in the nationale park Périgord-Limousin, close to 2 market towns. The apartment is part of an old farm dating from 1910, but it's newly refurbished, clean and comfortable with a king size bed. Situated in the country side, you'll find 20 hectare of grassland and forest to explore with a frog pond and even a small lake. If you get up early enough you might even see deer in the garden. Independent riverside studio in the heart of the charming village of Mouthiers sur Boëme 15min from the center of Angouleme. The accommodation and access are completely self-contained, private terrace and common garden. The studio has a large 160 cm bed, a kitchen and dining area (stovetop, Airfryer, Tassimo coffee maker, microwave and toaster) and a large connected TV Linens and towels are provided.

This apartment is close to an equestrian center (which we direct), hiking trails and the river (canoes). It's good for couples, solo travellers, business travellers, and families (with kids). A soothing vacation in symbiosis with nature!
