Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Both villages are less than 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

The entrance to the accommodation is independent access from the back of the house.

Everything has been thought out for your comfort: bedding, appliances, private sauna and outdoor table under pergola. As hosts, we make sure to be both available and discreet.

Newly renovated 70 m2 independent and semi-detached house of the owners located on the highest point of Sarlat. From June, an unheated pool will be available to share with the owner. Unfinished exterior finishes. You can also have lunch while contemplating the in-depth view of the city. You are less than 5 minutes from the city and 15 minutes from the must-see places to visit. Bed linen 160 cm (€15) and towels (€5/person) are extra.

The private terrace overlooks unobstructed countryside views. The owner's house is adjacent but she remains very discreet or even absent.

We live next door and will be there to welcome you and ensure your stay goes smoothly. We practice mountain biking, road biking and hiking, we know the area perfectly and would be delighted to share our experiences with you.
