Vacation rentals with a patio in Doncaster East

Very nice unit in a big housing complex, though very quiet and private. I have been in the same building before, privacy is different from unit to unit. Been very clean and well equipped. Sharon and Ian have been super responsive and were very kind! I can only recommend them!

Susie's Airbnb was exactly what my mum and I needed for our Melbourne visit and we had a lovely stay. Great location near two train stations, walkable to Carnegie cafes and shops, nice parks nearby. The apartment itself was extremely comfortable and well-provisioned - every time we thought of something we needed, we found it: hairdryer, condiments, cooking equipment, iron, washer/dryer, cereal and milk, extra blankets and towels. The heating worked well, both beds were comfortable, the apartment was in a quiet and peaceful area and was nicely decorated without being cluttered. Highly recommend.

Susie’s apartment was amazing !!to say the least It was really clean and exactly matching the photos and description given With an amazing gallery and of course the icing on the cake was the goodies kept like fruits breads different types of tea/coffee water bottles and what not. The location was as described with an easy 5 minutes walk to the tram/railway/bus station. To take u to the city centre in 10/15 minutes. Beautiful riverside walk nearby. Susie was a very easygoing and a lovely lady Would love to stay again

We had an AMAZING stay! John and Alice have done a wonderful job with this Airbnb. It was perfect for a weekend away. Close to restaurants, shopping, Spencer street station, location was great! My stay at Emily's could not have been better. Any time I needed to communicate with her, she was right there with a response. Her place is gorgeous and she has thought of everything to make her guests stay feel like home away from home. The kitchen is so well stocked. The bed is exquisitely comfortable. Superb. Catherine was very helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the booking, check in and check out process. The place was amazing and in such a great location in St Kilda. The added touch of putting the fire on for us on arrival, on a cold evening, was very thoughtful. We had a great time in St Kilda and Melbourne, using Catherine's place as a hub made it all the more special. I cannot forget to mention the great recommendations for cafes, bars and restaurants locally that are now on our 'must go back to' list.

Perfect location if you want to get shopping and the Casino. Place was great size for an older family of 4. Nice and relaxing after a full day on your feet.

The apartment was immaculate and spotlessly clean when I arrived, the comms from Mark, my host were great. The location was perfect and only a couple of minutes walk from Auburn train station which took me to the centre of Melbourne in about 20 minutes . I will definitely book with Mark again on my next visit to Melbourne.

Comfortable, good value and great location.. Hannah was very responsive. Configuration is a little strange but it's spacious and comfortable with good facilities. Kitchen not super well supplied if you are looking to eat in but fine for the basics.

We felt right at home in Amy's house from the moment we walked in ! The house is VERY spacious with lots of room to spread out. The heating was great ! (And we sure needed it these last few days.) Great location... just a 5 minute drive from take-away food outlets, and a big outdoor store. We had a lovely stay at Amy's house... Thanks.. Jude

Mary's place was fantastic. Very quiet and peaceful location within walking distance of The Glen shopping centre. The house was large and spacious, fully equipped with air conditioning units in every room, and the beds were very comfortable. We would love to stay here again on our next visit to Melbourne.

I had a great stay at Glenis's place. The space was comfortable, and well set up for a short or extended visit. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to local necessities and sport / recreation activities.

Where to begin? The photos were exactly as described. Extremely beautiful and clean. The kitchen was all fully stocked and functional even to the smallest things like rubber bands, sandwich zip locks, foil, etc. she even had a rice cooker for our convenience. The flow of the home was well thought through, planning of space layout made sense, heating throughout the home was well distributed. Clare is such a great host, she’s so thoughtful and gave us extra time for check in and out. I am very grateful for her accepting our request to stay at their lovely and homely home. It was warm, inviting and wanted to stay at home all day but we were on a holiday so was out most of the time. Wished we had more time to stay in! Thank you Clare x

We had a fantastic time at Hope's place. It's in a great location with easy access to the shops and train station. Hope was an understanding and considerate host who is very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend Hope's place to anyone looking for accommodation in the area.

Had the pleasure of staying here for a trip back home to visit family with my partner, it is an absolute beautiful home and Patrizio made us feel welcomed and at ease. Andrew was the perfect host - he was super helpful, responsive and offered to stay up late in case I had issues getting in, given my late arrival time. Communication was great and very open to helping where possible. The apartment itself was lovely and views were fantastic being on the top floor. You could still hear a lot of the traffic and trams however so perhaps bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper but otherwise not a big deal, just one of the things about being in an urban area. I was there for work so was a very quick stay but it was a close walk for where I needed to be which was great, thanks for having me Andrew and being a fantastic host!

Its an apartment with a magnificent view across Melbourne, right next to the incredible Victoria Market and the thumping heart of the centre of the city. Yet it is peaceful and quiet. The pool is long and lovely and there is a gym too. Selina was wonderful and responsive. Would definitely come back if I visited Melbourne again.

Dianna was wonderful! Couldn't have been better. I had a few questions and she was right there every time. The apartment was wonderful! It has everything you could need and is beautifully styled. The bed is incredibly comfortable and overall, we felt so comfortable from the moment we walked in. It is also in a fabulous area, easy for public transport walking distance to restaurants, supermarket, post office and basically everything you could want. We loved our stay here and will definitely come again. Thank you Dianna and Bob!!! Your hospitality was greatly appreciated!!!

An amazing apartment in an idillic setting and suburb. Close to shops at Camberwell Junction and plenty of cafes. Loved the bakery, cafe downstairs.
