Highly recommend this place. Livio was an excellent host and nothing was a problem. Helpful local advice. The flat was very clean and well maintained and, most importantly, it felt like home.

Jo & Matt made my stay so relaxed. Communicated with me well, also gave me a walk through before check-in was helpful for check-out. Highly recommended the stay and will most definitely be coming back

Had a wonderful stay at Haruka’s place. Bathroom was a bit squeezy but otherwise it was a nice place for the 2 of us who wanted to explore Melbourne CBD area. Multiple tram stations that are of walking distance, as well as close to a Woolsworth and quite a few restaurants too.

Absolutely amazing! Would stay here again without hesitation. Having designated parking in the garage was amazing. There is also free street parking in front of the building. The building staff is friendly and helpful. Unmatched easy access to the 11 and 48 trams into the city (all still within the free tram zone). PERFECT for long term stays. If you’ll be in Melbs for a while, you will love staying here! Jason is very responsive and will help you with any questions you have. There’s also a great little coffee shop downstairs and across the street that I highly recommend. (Saluministi) Very friendly staff and wonderful coffee. Cheers!
