Stay at the Islander's Ocean View! This legal vacation rental condo, only 2 blocks from the beach, is the perfect way to enjoy Hawaii. Centrally located in famous Waikiki Beach! This unit is not in a Hotel. It is in a 12-story building built in the 1970s. Although the unit was renovated in 2019, the building and unit are older. Located on the slope of Diamond Head, our apartment is at a walking distance of Waikiki beach, restaurants, nightlife, public transport. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the location. I put a special attention on having the mattress spray monthly for bugs and also the apartment for insects. It is very important for me to offer a super clean, cozy, comfy and secure apartment. Very comfy queen bed + double paned windows to block out noise for great night's sleep. Futon folds into full size bed accommodates 3 guests. Fully stocked kitchen w/stove, oven, microwave, & refrigerator, perfect for making simple meals.

Renovated Unit is on 36th floor of the Hawaiian Monarch Hotel/Condo building and comes with queen bed, full bath, microwave, sink, refrigerator and one burner stove. Note that the location shown on the AirBnB location map is inaccurate. We are on the west side of Waikiki in the Hawaiian Monarch building close to the Hilton Hawaiian Village. The address is 444 Niu Street.
