Woodcutter’s Cottage - Magical riverside location

TonyRating, 5 starstoday
Very cute cottage in a beautiful quiet area. Rustic and charming property and gardens, and both Suzanne and her husband were lovely hosts. Super welcome basket of local produce and Suze had loads of recommendations. Ideal for a tranquil getaway, walks into the country on your doorstep and easy to get to the nearby towns if needed.

Lofty converted barn - The Forge, private hot tub

RebeccaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We spent a fabulous couple of days at The Forge. The place is as described - very comfortable and fully equipped for an escape to the countryside. We loved the thoughtful welcome basket of goodies too. Set in extensive grounds and with plenty of local walking, it was a chance to completely unwind and relax. A big thank you to Mel, the property manager, who provided full and clear information and was friendly and responsive to our queries.

New Holiday Home on Penrhos Park golf course

JodieRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Wow……one of the best places we’ve ever stayed in!! Beautiful lodge that was immaculately clean, lovely kitchen to cook in and the outside decking area was perfect to sit out and enjoy the beautiful scenery. We saw dozens of Red Kites throughout our stay which was a real treat as we’re big nature enthusiasts! We loved it so much that we’re heading back in just under 4 weeks time for 6 nights 😎 a real gem of a find, the golf club was very welcoming and the food was lovely! Really cannot rate this beautiful place highly enough!! Looking forward to the next one already!!

Stunning Property Seaviews, Private Pool & Parking

SianRating, 5 stars1 week ago
From the moment we walked in, we were wowed by Rob's place. Such a beautiful place with more than enough space to accommodate 12 of us and our doggo. Three generations; me, hubby, my 3 sons, my son's partner and their 6 children all thoroughly enjoyed our stay, making the most of the views and the wonderfully heated pool which is so much bigger than it seems once you're actually in it. The children loved being here and behaved so well, and they gained a much needed confidence in the water of the pool, with some of them learning to swim! Rob was a lovely host, very responsive. We all agreed that we would absolutely love to return.

Aberystwyth. 3 b-room caravan, mid Wales near sea

EduardoRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We had a lovely stay! The host was fantastic – very accommodating with our request for an early check-in. The caravan was cosy, immaculately clean, and had everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful welcome basket, complete with wine, biscuits, and even treats for our dog. A really nice touch! We’d happily stay here again.

Edge House by Ty Annie Holidays

StuartRating, 5 stars5 months ago
Fantastic modern house with all mod cons. The views are breathtaking over Aberporth....only downside a new house is under construction adjacent to the main living room which takes away some of those views....and although close to completion....scaffolding is an eyesore. Still fabulous stay and would go back to Aberporth again.

Dry Dock Cottage

SiobhanRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
The photos do not do the Drydock Cottage justice - it is even more beautiful than it looks in the photos and also a lot more spacious. The attention to detail and every element of the design that has gone into the conversion of this building is second to none. The location is also absolutely perfect - so peaceful, tucked away in gorgeous grounds with a view straight out onto the canal and across over the valley to the mountains beyond. I could have sat and watched the world go by, including the families of ducks, all day. The home made goodies were very welcoming and I loved every minute of my stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place for people looking to escape to somewhere unique and peaceful.

Spring Hill Cottage

ChelseaRating, 5 stars1 day ago
A Perfect Stay at Spring Cottage We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Spring Cottage, and from the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for something special. The cottage is simply beautiful — full of character and charm. It is set in the most peaceful surroundings. What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was our host, Suzanne. She is a real credit to this beautiful place — warm, welcoming, and always on hand if we needed anything, yet never intrusive. Her care and passion for the cottage really shine through in every aspect. Spring Cottage is a true gem, and we’re already dreaming of our next visit. Thank you, Suzanne, for making our stay so memorable!

Just come back from a 4 night stay… we have had an amazing time. The cottage is so homely and in lovely surroundings. We had 4 kids with us and they all enjoyed playing ping pong, jigsaws and splashing around in the plunge pool. We do plan to return

Little Cottage, Borth

JohnRating, 5 stars1 day ago
The Little Cottage was clean, comfortable and quirky. It was well equipped and has been renovated and decorated to a high standard. An ideal base to hang out in Borth or explore the local coastline and the Cambrian Mountains. There are some nice touches, like the wine in the fridge and the barbecue; I almost wish the weather had been colder so we could have lit the log burner!

Peaceful Riverside Retreat in Stunning West Wales

NathalieRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
I can’t even begin to explain how wonderful our stay at Morwenna’s place was. The location is quite simply put: Stunning! Morwenna’s home is immaculately clean with all the amenities you could need. Morwenna’s instructions to get to the property were very precise making it easy for us to find after a tiresome car journey. We met Morwenna a few days into our weeks stay and both her and her two children made us feel so welcome and they couldn’t have been any more hospitable to us. The house is in a great location for those wishing to be at peace and calm within nature (the river Aeron runs right at the end of the garden) yet it is close enough to local towns by car (Aberystwyth and New Quay about 25 minutes and Aberaeron about 10 minutes by car). We honestly found it very difficult to leave as it really has felt like home. Next time we plan on visiting Mid Wales we will definitely be staying with Morwenna!

Luxury Seafront Rental New Quay

SallyRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Wow -- if you are lucky enough to have the opportunity to stay here, grab it with both hands. It's the most amazing place in so many ways. The location is outstanding -- right at the start of the pier, it's beautifully designed -- elegant, simple, stylish and comfortable. The dolphins in the bay put on great performances for you to watch from the comfort of your balcony, or the neat little terrace. The sound of the waves lulls you to sleep and gently wakes you and Kyra has thought of everything you might need. Bliss!

Stunning Country Cottage in Adfa

JasmineRating, 5 starstoday
We spent a lovely Family break at Sam and Deans secluded cottage. The house was increadibly clean and had enough space for all 5 of us plus our labrador. The garden space is spectacular and is fully fenced which meant we could enjoy the space with our dog without worry. The barbeque and outdoor space made for a lovely evening space and we were lucky enough to have great weather on our final night. Sam and Dean always responded quickly to our queries and were very friendly and polite. Given it is in the countryside be prepared to make friends with some bugs (this is literally the only negative we could find & certainly isnt the fault of the property).

The Old Smithy, country retreat

nAyeAhRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Lovely stay in the Smithy! The owner created a wonderful place with many original features, and the accommodation was spotless clean. Dominique and her family are kind hosts, very helpful and reachable if needed. The market town Llanidloes is just a five minutes drive away, where one can find a superb bakery and shop for local products. All in all, a very good position to explore Mid-Wales and the bordering regions. Peaceful and calm, a truly beautiful place. Don't forget to book a tour at the Welsh Mountain Cider!

Beautiful Country Cottage and Garden

WillRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had a lovely stay, the cottage and the sun house with pizza oven is all done beautifully. We had a cosy evening by the log burner and also a nice warm day in the garden. For us it was also very useful to be able to charge our electric car and this made exploring Wales easy. Annette was really helpful and thoughtful on check in.

Contemporary village cottage

JoRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
The cottage was lovely, so big too, lots of room to move around. The mud room was a god send after returning from wet muddy dog walks. plenty of space to hang up wet outdoor gear and dry the dog. The village is so pretty and plenty of walks straight from the cottage no need for the car. Beaches and waterfalls under 30 mins drive from Corris. Just a 10 min walk away is the Corris Craft Centre. We had a great comfortable stay, didn't want to come home!

Peace & Luxury in our Cosy Cottage in Mid-Wales

HannahRating, 5 stars1 week ago
What an absolute gem of a find the Paddock was for us! There was 4 of us (2 adults, a 6 year old and 2 year old) and the set up was fantastic... Easily the cleanest and most modern AirBnB we have stayed in with absolutely no stone left unturned. From the welcome hamper to the toiletries, Deborah and Gavin really have thought of everything. With two dogs also with us, it was fantastic that when the front gates were closed, the dogs had full roam of the property without being able to escape so you could really relax. The 5 alpacas in the field next to the property were very cute and friendly and my son and daughter loved helping Gavin feed them. The outdoor terrace with log burner, hot tub and furniture was brilliant and it was just a shame we didn't get great weather to really enjoy this during our stay. We ventured to Porth Farm to pick our own strawberries (15 mins drive in the car) as well as going to the Waggon and Horses for a nice meal one evening. We will be back!

Pretty Pet friendly cottage in river valley.

KarenRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Fronlefrith is a gem! In a lovely setting-private and peaceful-a wooded valley with the gentle sound of the river nearby. The garden areas are great for relaxing - and bird spotting, too. The house is clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. We had a very comfortable stay and the quirky interior is great! Ed was a super host - friendly and responsive. There is so much to see and do in the area - both on the coast and inland - with many and varied places for eating out. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this beautiful part of Wales - thank you, Ed and Gill!
