Monthly Rentals in Derry

We had a great weekend celebrating the wedding of our son and new daughter-in-law! Their wedding officiant and came to the house for the ceremony which they did right out on the dock. It was a beautiful setting for photos. We loved the house - everything was so clean and comfortable. The porch swing was lovely - a few more good rocking chairs would be great so everything can enjoy the comfort and beauty of the views from the porch. We loved the firepit and the availability of camp chairs to all sit around it. The dining room table was perfect for playing cards and enjoying meals together. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

House was very comfortable. Did not realize it is a duplex, but that didn’t pose any problems.

Staying at Sarah’s place couldn’t have been more perfect for why I came into town! While it’s a historic home, Sarah has done a great job at updating it inside and outside… I enjoyed the large amount of counter space in the kitchen for both work and eating purposes. The living room was cozy especially after a long day of working and I slept like a rock in the dark cozy queen bed! I underestimated the proximity to the historic Front St. area! It made for a memorable stroll on a perfect weather day to truly enjoy the shops, the river front, and the historic homes along the way. I definitely recommend staying at Sarah’s no matter the reason you are traveling! The neighbors are also extremely friendly! I will probably stay there again on my next work trip to the area!

Beautiful place with everything you need. This place was exactly what I needed for my 1 night stay to visit Fort Polk. Hotels in this area looked very sketchy, so when I came a cross this modern/simplistic place I knew it was for me! I felt like I could live there. The trains are very close and pass by all day/night long. I luckily came prepared with some noise cancelling items and was able to sleep just fine. Highly recommend this place for anyone in the area.
