We had a wonderful stay at the curragh. The weather was fabulous, so we ate on the patio and went for long walks every day to Ardgroom and the local pier. The whole place is very peaceful it’s really off the beaten track. The views and scenery are incredible. The house was clean light and airy with a lovely kitchen / dinning area. Thank you Rory for a wonderful stay we look forward to coming back again next year.

Unique Old Stone Cottage

JuliaRating, 5 stars6 days ago
What an amazing experience. We stayed at Michael’s cottage for one night during our honeymoon, and it was definitely one of our favorite nights. The views are spectacular and include sheep! There is a wonderful beach nearby as well. It was so relaxing and cozy. The accommodations were perfect. Michael is a a great host. He is so friendly, and we feel like we made a friend during our stay. He also gave wonderful driving directions when we left.

Beautiful house, Kilcatherine Point, West Cork

NatasjaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a lovely time in this lovely house. The house is very complete, everything has really been thought of. The kitchen was well stocked, very nice! Daniëlle gave a lot of information about the area, restaurants, pubs, walks. We used it a lot. The area is really beautiful! Unfortunately, we had 5 days of stormy and wet weather but still undertook many activities. We went to Allihies and did the mine walk there. Also ate a delicious meal at the mine museum. A super beautiful walk made at Hungry Hill, really beautiful! We also did the walk at the caves, Pulleen loop. Highly recommended. And of course, we also looked at the stone circle nearby. Good rainwear and then just go :-) Also recommended is the pub in Castletownbere, Mac Carthys. Tasty beers and cozy atmosphere. We have closed Beara in our hearts and really hope to come back again.

Rural 2 bedroom bungalow with magnificent views

DevinRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Maureen’s place was perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. The views of the water and surrounding countryside are absolutely stunning, and the house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. It’s such a quiet, peaceful area, and Castletownbere is only 20 minutes drive. Maureen was friendly and responsive, and it was easy to check in and out.

White cottage, real wood fire

In my many years of Airbnb accommodation, I've never felt as welcome as I did with Maggie and Paddy. Both are always concerned about their guests' well-being, always helpful, and always available with time, advice, and support. The little cottage offers everything you need for a wonderful and relaxing vacation. Quiet yet centrally located. I will never forget my time with them.

Our stay in Gerry‘s cottage was splendid. The cottage has all the comfort you need, offers great views and is in a remote and quiet location within beautiful nature and a walking path nearby. Gerry is a very friendly host and gave us great advice for activities during our stay. We really hope to get back to this very special place one day!
