Monthly Rentals in Deer Park

I promise you all it is even nicer than the photos! Easy parking behind the house, Sandra wrote very clear instructions with pictures, gave a few recommendations and I was inside and checked in in moments. The place is super cozy, super comfortable, in a nice neighborhood walking distance to a couple cool cafes and a really great brewery/shops/target/anything you need. Loved my stay - everything was exactly what I needed!

We were in for a conference and not at the house much. Sleep was important and we were grateful for comfortable beds. Would stay again. Great little house!

So... Jennifer is a great host. The house is as described and is nice and clean. A few notes that are important if you are on the older side-- 1. There are stairs leading up-- the bottom one is starting to crumble a little so be careful. There is no railing on the stairs that lead to the basement and laundry-- so be aware on that front. The property itself is nice and clean-- and its on a relatively quiet block, but close to a not-so-nice area, so do be aware. The house is an older house-- so there is no way to really "be quiet" while walking around if others are sleeping. The floors are beautiful-- and loud. I gave it 5 stars because the host is great and the house is as advertised. Just be aware it is an older house with some of the flaws you'd expect in an older property. If you like the charm of an older house and not having neighbors stacked on top of you- -this could be perfect.
