Kitchen provides all essentials for you to make your favorite meals, Keurig coffee maker, and drip coffee maker. All bath towels, and soap provided with washer and dryer available for your convenience. 55” smart television with Netflix and other apps for your entertainment along with games/playing cards to enjoy.

All the amenities you would need (including a sleep number bed), super duper clean, and I a great and very quiet neighborhood. I walked every night to SR27 and back, and this town has no litter. Lots of neat old buildings to look at, but all the up to date things you want in a place to stay. Especially during this covid19 social quarantine, a much better answer than a hotel”
We were doing Covid cleaning before it was required. 108 N State Route 49 - If you want to experience small town USA this is the place. Wren is a small village - 188 folks. There is a local restaurant/bar that has amazing food. 15 minutes from Van Wert, Ohio and 15 minutes from Decatur, Indiana. This house is a 7 year ( part-time) labor of love. The Villa also has an electric fireplace and Netflix. We can be involved or not- we have a pond for swimming, s’mores or more. Come and visit.

She adds so many special touches and checks in to see if you need anything. Breakfast foods, fresh fruit, snacks, drinks just to name a few. The fireplace was really nice and the bath robes were wonderful. The bed is comfortable and the jetted tub was great. We were there over Valentine’s Day. The house was decorated with hearts and there was chocolate candy. It was so nice to go back to the Villa in the evening to relax after a stressful day. I highly recommend this place.”
