Centrally located,luxurious & well-appointed dlb storey home offering full use of the ground floor (owner lives upstairs - access frontdoor only) It includes a beautiful a queen bed’m, ext doors to terrace, TV, robe. 2nd bed in 2nd bedroom by request. Lounge has a gas logfire,AC, access to a beautiful terrace fantastic views to Black Mountain,(outside table setting). Bath’m best in C'berra, large spa, shower, dbl vanity& TV/sound system.Beautiful kitchen with all mod cons & off street parking

It was very clean and comfortable with many extra touches like home made bread and up to date information about what was happening in Canberra. Eileen has a warm and inviting personality. She lives upstairs but the accomodation is very private, she is there if you need anything. The home had many mod cons like tv,s in bathroom with spa and Bose surround system, Foxtel, excellent appliances in the kitchen. The outdoor area was especially nice with views of Black Mountain.”
Bright & airy newly renovated spacious 2 bedroom apartment in elevated Deakin. Directly across from the Red Hill reserve, 5 min drive to Parliament House or 20 minute walk. The apartment is below the main home. Private access via side gate. Queen plus double bed, lounge room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry and separate toilet. Air con/heating, also underground heating in bathroom/laundry, heated towel rack. All new appliances. Wifi & Netflix included. Shared use of courtyard and swimming pool.

Great Woden location, 10 minute walk to Westfield Woden and government offices, restaurants and cafes, bus to major Canberra centres at front door and public swimming pool and fitness centre across the road. large deck ideal for relaxing, plenty of parking space ideal choice for short term or long term stay in Canberra.
