Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Daylesford

We stayed at Pip's place for my 25th birthday girls trip and it was nothing short of amazing! Pip provided everything we needed from clean linen, little soaps & shampoos like they have at hotels, and a cosy warming fire complete with all the wood we needed! Thank you Pip! We had a wonderful stay at Cedar Rise Farm - "Hanging Rock House" Thank you to Mary for for the opportunity to stay in your lovely property. We were so warm and comfortable and all wished we had been able to stay longer. It is fabulously appointed and perfect to relax in. Everything you could possibly wish for in terms of amenities was available for our use and the open fire completed the ambience. Excellent communication ensured our total relaxation right from making the booking.

My husband and I had a lovely 3 night stay at Kate’s house. The house was cozy and made us feel like we were away on a European holiday. The property is stunning and we would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

Great location, easy access to public transport and amenities. Beautifully decorated, a lovely space to escape to.

We really enjoyed staying here. It’s a beautiful and characterful home set in nature. Lots of lovely walks nearby and great coffee shops in town.

I would highly recommend Cath’s place for anyone looking for a cozy stay in the area. The property was delightful, the cottage completely charming and equipped with every amenity you could possibly need! This was one of the most well kept and thoughtfully designed Airbnbs I’ve stayed at. On top of this, Cath is so friendly, helpful and very welcoming!

Jennifer and David’s house is a fabulous place to stay in Daylesford! The house itself is modern, clean, spacious, has excellent amenity, and special bonus features including pool, spa and sauna! Communication was easy, always prompt and informative. Will be back. Highly recommend!

My experience with the hosts was excellent and the property was even more beautiful than the photos. The house was huge and everything you could possibly need and want was provided. We arrived to a roaring fire, a fridge stocked with generous breakfast provisions and a freshly baked cake which was a lovely touch. The beds and furnishings were very comfortable and a phone charger provided which was great as I’d forgotten mine! I would highly recommend the property and will definitely be back. Overall a nice place to stay. Peter was super responsive and he replace the shampoo immediately when I told him it ran out.

This place is a gem. Beautiful view of sun set and sun rise, with chance of seeing Hotair balloon right in front of you. Lots of things to do at home, cooking, washing and bbq-ing. Will love to stay here again if we visit Melbourne again.

We had a lovely stay. Will be certain to return. The Elwood neighbourhood is our favourite in Melbourne. It is heavily treed, peaceful and walking distance to the beach, St Kilda Botanical Gardens as well as the shops in Elwood Village.

Michelle's place is in a fantastic location, convenient to everything you'd want to do in the city. The apartment is clean, with everything we needed for our weekend getaway. Michelle is a super responsive host and we can't thank her enough for organising an early check in.

My wife and I walked into this beautiful, spacious apartment and both went “wow!”. Spotlessly clean and tidy, beautifully renovated and decorated and so comfortable and cosy. We stayed for the weekend of the Ballarat Marathon for which it was in a perfect location to walk to the start line with ease. A beautiful cafe 100m away was perfect for us as was an easy walk to the shopping precinct. This place is perfect in every way and I would not hesitate to recommend it or book it again.

Can't express enough my gratitude how amazing it was to stay in Baleno and It was just what we needed! Can't thank enough Dayget for there hospitality and just being there when need! Don't want to ramble on too much but just can't say enough good things about this place. It was worth driving over from South Australia for my 25th with my partner! Can't wait to come back again!

Absolutely loved our spa weekend stay, so many thoughtful touches, from the quality bed linen and towels, gorgeous toiletries, great record collection, book of well thought out information about the area, places to eat, visit etc. there was even bird food for the native birds which you could hear and see from the well set up outdoor area. It truly felt like you were at home, they really have thought of everything to help their guests enjoy their stay, we will definitely return 😊 too many personal touches to mention but we fully recommend this lovely home.

Spent 2 nights La Boheme. We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is in the middle of nature with plenty of wildlife. The highlight was definitely the regular kangaroos bouncy past the house. The location is perfect with plenty to do and plenty to see.

House was clean and tidy, had a really nice warmth as soon as you walked in the front door. Amber was super easy to communicate with and allowed us to check in early upon request which was awesome, and we appreciated a lot! Spa was great to be in on a cold night with a full view of the stars in the sky. Our favourite part of the whole house had to be the couch in the living area, it was so comfortable we wanted to take it home with us. Really had a fantastic time, would come back again definitely.

Wonderful central property for family group to stay in. Very comfortable and homely for all ages. Encouraged informal catch ups in spacious areas available. Easy to get around with car spaces plus very close to public transport. Brenda was responsive and helpful.

Our stay at the Vicarage was absolute perfection. From the moment we arrived—lights on, music playing—we felt instantly relaxed. The home is a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and charm and Dean is an incredibly thoughtful host. The fires were set, the hot tub was ready, and a generous selection of provisions welcomed us. There were no tedious rules, just an open invitation to unwind and enjoy. The gardens were gorgeous too with plenty of quiet spots to enjoy a book or a cuppa, and Sammy the cat made us feel right at home. Every detail was focused on comfort and ease. We (reluctantly!) left feeling refreshed and are already dreaming of coming back. Thanks Dean for an unforgettable stay, you have truly perfected the art of hosting. Lovely retreat, definitely worth the time spent in the hot tub. All amenities as listed with the addition of kangaroos in the backyard! Beautiful sights.
