A charming, cosy self contained one bedroom cottage situated adjacent to our home & sharing the drive. The bedroom can be made up as a twin or s/king sized double, please tell us in advance which you’d prefer. (Last minute bookings with less than 48 hours notice will not have the option to request this, sorry). (Air bed for 3rd guest. ) Pets are welcome but there is no space to let them off the lead as the patio area isn’t enclosed so you will need to take them for a walk. Lockbox self check in.

The Stables self/cont. apartment

Enjoy this unique converted stable in a rural setting 25 mins. drive from Silverstone. The self contained unit is situated down 1/2 mile drive off main A425 Daventry to Southam Road with free parking outside. Daventry 1 mile & local village pub 1.5 miles. Double bed wardrobe, sofa, bedside cabinets,stools, breakfast bar, full equipped kitchen, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle & toaster all in one room. Towels & bedding provided. Toiletries supplied in separate shower room - heated towel rail.

'The Barn' - Spacious barn in pretty canal village

Enjoy the lovely setting of this edge of village location, very close to the Grand Union Canal in the picturesque village of Braunston. Come and see what makes this part of Northamptonshire so special! Fabulous country dog walks along the canal towpath from the end of the drive. Just a short walk from several village and canalside pub restaurants. The village has a general store and post office, and an award winning butchers. Our comfortable barn is the perfect base to explore the area.

The Studio

The Studio is a light, bright and airy space, stylishly decorated in calm, neutral colours. Located on a quiet residential road, just around the corner from the local pub (The Maltsters) in the pretty village of Badby, famous for its stunning bluebell woods and beautiful walks. The Studio is ideally located near several wedding venues. Nearby Fawsley Hall is a great place to visit for afternoon tea or to relax in their award winning spa. Silverstone Circuit is less than half an hour away.

Rural Retreat with hot tub and bar area

Badby Lodge is a beautifully renovated annexe nestled in 6 acres of beautiful grounds. The property has 2 double bedrooms, one with king size bed and one with a double, both with en-suites. This property provides the perfect retreat for a max of four people. Outside there’s a very large pond (practically a lake!), menage and stables. There’s also a Bar area and large private Hot Tub that you will have sole use of. If you are a rider you may bring your horse for a small additional fee.

The Annexe, Crick village

‘The Annexe’ is a private, modern studio apartment situated above a large garaging area in the secure grounds of Mulberry House and offers accommodation for one to four people. It has a large, light and airy main living area with a double bed and sofa bed (which can be made up to a single or double). A small but well equipped kitchen area is available, and a cosy lounge/dining area which provides flexible options during your stay. There is also a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.

Bramley House Annex

Self-contained detached annex with private access set in countryside location. Annex includes bathroom and kitchen downstairs, bedroom with kingsize bed upstairs. Please note that one downstairs room is unavailable for guests. Beautiful views over fields. Free WiFi TV/DVD player/DVDs/Books/Games Desk Basic kitchen facilities include: Tea/coffee/fridge/freezer/toaster/microwave/mini 9 litre oven/2 hot plates Central heating Happy to consider longer weekday stays for commuting workers.

Cornflower - Deluxe Kingsize Ensuite Shepherds Hut

Having been a Polo Stable Yard years ago the shepherds huts sit in the upper garden area and are all self-contained with their own front doors and En Suite, set in a peaceful, private courtyard. All are finished and furnished to a high standard with period features. Secure Parking behind electric gates inside Hunt House grounds. Breakfast snacks, Tea's, coffees's, herbal drinks, water and high speed WiFi are all provided in each room free of charge. Each room has its own fridge too.

The Summer House: Tranquility and Peace.

In the historic village of Badby next to the famous bluebell woods, you will find this tranquil cabin in Charlotte and Andrew's garden. With an abundance of walks on the doorstep, it is a short stroll to the local pub. Serving food and amazing cocktails, The Maltsters is a typical village pub with garden. The fabulous Fawsley Hall Hotel is 1 mile away through the woods, or 2.5 miles by road, and there are many other pubs in the surrounding villages.
