The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for preparing meals, including a fridge, microwave, oven, pots and pans, cutlery and dish ware. One king size bedroom and a twin room, and a double sofa bed in the living room to ensure a restful night's sleep. The main bathroom featuring a shower, sink, and toilet and an ensuite in the large bedroom.

About this Accommodation Fosse Cottage Barn is a one-bedroom charming luxury countryside retreat within a purpose-built barn - a couple's romantic getaway in the beautiful Warwickshire countryside. Being close to Warwick and Stratford Upon Avon it offers plenty for a romantic getaway. With plenty of outside space including a hot tub which is exclusively for the couple using the barn, Games room, an outdoor swimming pool (available during the summer months) shared with the owners.

Dreamy Pool House

Set on its own, overlooking the natural swimming pool, this cosy stable barn has everything you need for a romantic getaway. The Poolhouse is set amongst 34 acres of parkland on the Talton House estate, and is 10 minutes from Stratford upon Avon and the Cotswolds. Downstairs is a kitchenette, sofabed, loo and shower. Up a ladder is the mezzanine level with a comfortable double bed, from which you can look out over the orchard. Outside on the patio is the wood-fired hot tub.

The sofa in the lounge is a sofa bed that can become another double bed so that if required the lounge can convert to a third bedroom, thereby sleeping up to 5 people. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar suitable for 2 ( the dining table in the lounge will seat5 ) has Wi-fi and parking is free.There is an additional one bed apartment available that sleeps 4 ( utilising a sofa bed in the lounge)
