It also benefits from a spacious garden, terrace area and countryside views. Located 25 minutes west of Oxford within easy reach of the stunning Cotswold experience. We live down a long drive, with the property surrounded by fields. A neighboring equestrian center means you are more likely to encounter horses on your drive down than a car. Due to our rural location, you will need your own vehicle to access the many nearby attractions, ranging from Oxford, the stunning Cotswolds to the lovely local walks and pubs. There is ample onsite parking at the property.

Master bedroom (double) with en-suite wet room, single bedroom, separate shower room/wc, fully equipped kitchen/living room. Under floor heating, wi-fi, Cable TV with Movie & Sports channels. On-street parking only but directly outside the property. Due to Covid 19 restrictions, and for the protection of guests, we currently leave a minimum of 24 hours between bookings.

Yingyangpad - wheelchair/accessible accommodation

WELCOME Built in 2019 under the guidance of a wheelchair using friend we have provided most, but not all, of the facilities to suit our less mobile visitors, although everyone is more than welcome to stay with us. It is styled around a rustic theme and is located around 5 miles (8km) from the A1 and 3 miles (5km) from the M62 motorways, with good road/rail links from 3 local stations and a bus terminus. All our guests have the full private use of the detached annexe during their stay.

Modern, bright, accessible studio apt sleeps 1-3

Converted artists workshop with it's own front door. This mini appartment has been converted with access in mind for disabled patrons but is lovely and comfortable for everyone. It's bright, modern and spacious with a king sized bed that can become 2 singles. There is a small kitchen area in the same room, a table, armchair, TV, space for working and a separate wet room with pull down shower chair. The appartment has it's own front door with lock lowered. Host has basic BSL. Free parking.

This attractive, modern self-contained apartment with panoramic views is perfect for a comfortable stay in the beautiful Brecon Beacons. Nestled in the foothills of the local Mountains, the bustling market towns locally are Talgarth 1 mile, Brecon and Hay on Wye are 8 miles. The perfect retreat to relax after exploring the area on foot or bike and is a great base to undertake other outdoor pursuits. Elaine will give you a warm welcome and will share her knowledge on the local area.

The Cowsheds Sleeps 17 - Chic Country/Pet Friendly

Good Mondays Farm is 10 mins off the M4, ideal for visiting the wealth of attractions in the Cotswolds. The Grade II listed cowshed conversion has high beamy ceilings, light spacious rooms with rustic features from the farm in its heyday. The bedrooms have large beds dressed in Egyptian cotton sheets and goose down duvets, all with smart TVs, free wifi and a desk. The bathrooms are furnished with a cast iron bath and/or a monsoon shower with Egyptian cotton white fluffy towels.

Flooded with light on bright days it is a cosy refuge on dull days and in the evenings; relax, read, cook or just sit and gaze from the windows.

The ground floor is open-plan and accessible with a wet room. There are two double bedrooms upstairs. The area is great for walkers, cyclists and equestrians. It’s perfect for a countryside retreat or an hour from Manchester or the beaches of Lytham St Anne’s, excitement in Blackpool or the calm of the Lake District.
