Monthly Rentals in Dana Point

I would highly recommend staying at Hart’s place. It is in a lovely safe quiet (apart from some construction nearby) area close to shops and not far from the beach. The room is very clean, comfortable, spacious and comfortable. Hart was always very quick to respond. The only negatives were no sofa/couch, no aircon and no laundry. I didn’t realise this when I booked. There was a fan in the bedroom which helped a bit and a window aircon laying in the bathroom.

Khine is an extremely wonderful landlord. He is warm-hearted and thoughtful. From the moment I checked in, he greeted me with enthusiasm and introduced the facilities and functions of the house in detail. During my stay, he was always concerned about my needs and provided me with a lot of help and advice, making me feel at home. The location of the house is extremely convenient, very close to Dana Point. I had an unforgettable experience at Dana Point and even saw lovely dolphins. The room is clean, tidy and fully equipped, providing me with a comfortable and safe accommodation environment. I really had a great time staying here and would definitely choose to stay here again next time. I highly recommend Khine as a landlord to everyone.

Natalie’s place is just perfect . It is updated with nice furnishings, great patio to look onto the rail trail and have your coffee or listen to the tree frogs at night. The bed was very comfortable . The kitchen is well stocked . The whole place was very clean and rooms are big and airy. Walk right down the creek trail 8 mins to Doheny Beach and park . Doheny Cafe is the with great fish tacos , breakfast and lunch and a bar for happy hour. There is always live entertainment there . Walk out to the jetty and watch the seals play in the water. All just a quick walk from the air bnb . Walk the other way to Capistrano beach which leads your to San Clemente . Natalie is very responsive to every question. Easy check in . Don’t miss this great spot !

Charming classic beach house in a convenient location. Hosts were always available and responsive to any inquiries. Would definitely return here.
