This is a beautiful place set in a peaceful location. Sherry's home was clean and comfortable. It is walkable to the main area of Helen and a short ride to Unicoi and Ana Ruby Falls. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay!! So close to everything and yet still private enough for late night soak in the hot tub! This cottage is stunningly decorated and so comfy and cozy. We will definitely stay here again in the future!!

Lovely home. Decorated beautifully. We spent the week here for the World Series softball tournaments. Ballfield was across the street. Restaurants/grocery convenient. And Mercier Orchards is a MUST.

Phylliss's cottage was absolutely stunning! It was nestled in the mountains, surrounded by so much natural beauty. We enjoyed sitting out in the backyard watching deer and other animals, and it almost felt like we were in a movie. Phylliss was beyond helpful -- she provided directions to the cottage proactively, provided a fantastic guidebook to the area, and thought of every little detail that would make the stay more comfortable. We appreciated the robes provided for the hot tub, the spices available in the kitchen, the makeup wipes provided in the bathrooms... and so much more. What a wonderful weekend getaway!

We had an amazing stay. Very responsive to our messages and was quick to answer any questions we had! Customer service was excellent, perfect little getaway we will be reserving during warmer weather to enjoy the water!! Thanks so much!

I can't say enough about our stay here. Everything we may have needed was available. The wildlife was amazing. We saw deer every day on our walks. The dock was perfect for our boat and swimming. it's where we spent most of our time. The jacuzzi was a treat. Beds were extremely comfortable. There are 3 kings. The pics show one room w/ 2 twins, but that is not the case. Thankfully my boys didn't have to share a room this time or that would have been an issue (insert mom eyeroll here). Short 30 minute drive to beautiful Helen. Grocery store and fast food is easy to get to. We had a wonderful week and did not want to leave. Thank you Karen for a beautiful home and a wonderful stay. We hope to be back next summer!

Anya was an excellent host. We stayed at this listing for a wedding weekend. We had some tuxes mailed to the house and Anya and her husband ensured the packages were safe and delivered to us, her communication was always great. The listing itself was incredible. Definitely a place to stay for a big group. 10/10 recommend!

We had such an incredible escape. When I say they had everything you needed I mean it. Coffee pods creamer tea. All the things you need for cooking plus books games and dvds on top of that shampoo conditioner body wash toothbrush toothpaste little gift baskets in the kitchen and bathroom with fun stuff like eye masks or more it was so well stocked we fought food to cook it was perfect. Everything was above and beyond our expectations we will definitely be back.

The cottage was a perfect place for us stay. It looked just like the pictures only bigger in person. We felt right at home. We got to see bunnies and a bear from the front porch. They were very responsive to our messages! We would definitely stay here again.

Alison’s place was absolutely amazing!!!! It was very comfortable for the 6 of us including are four legged babies. Everything was clean and the amenities were perfect!!!! There were snacks, some spices and everything we needed to cook and clean. The beds were super comfortable. We were minutes from wineries and Helen. Very clean, comfortable, and walking distance to downtown, Clarkesville. Quiet neighborhood and a fenced-in backyard.

We had a lovely stay. The cottage is tucked into its wooded lot and feels like a private retreat. Between relaxing on the dock, or napping in the screened pavilion, or exploring on kayaks there was something for our entire family to enjoy across the three generations on our trip.

We were sad about our usual vacation home being sold, but it must have been a blessing in disguise. Hal’s place is beautiful. We spent the entire week enjoying the water with our kids then finished the days with smores at the fire pit. It’s the perfect get away home to spend time outdoors with the family. We can’t wait till next time!

This is our second time staying - we absolutely love it here. It’s perfect for our family (two parents, an elementary aged child and our golden doodle dog). It’s close to all the things we like to do (hiking, swimming, boating at Lake Burton, tubing in Helen) and a great home base with a fenced in yard (rare!) which is so great for kids and a dog! Our family has a small cabin nearby and everyone always gets together here for dinner because there’s more space. There’s always special touches waiting for us (and a washer and dryer!! So needed when getting muddy and in wet clothes). I was a little intimidated by the driveway at first but I feel like I’m more comfortable with it this year. :)

The host was great. They communicated very well the place was as described. Would love to come back!

My family rents a lake house every year and we all agreed this was our favorite one! The location was perfect- on a quiet part of the lake with a view of the mountains. The indoor and outdoor spaces were built for enjoying the lake and had everything we needed for a perfect lake getaway. Would definitely recommend and we can’t wait to go back!

Will was an amazing host, very proactive on communication. The place was gorgeous, we were sad that we couldn't stay longer than one night (due to our schedule) because it just was the cutest little vacation spot. We do plan on coming back and staying longer next time. Thank you so much Will for everything!

One of the best Air B&Bs we have ever stayed at. The place was exactly as, if not better than, advertised. Amazing amenities - everything you could think of from quality kitchen stuff, to soft fluffy robes. Barb and Jim were incredibly gracious hosts. We arrived to find homemade pound cake and local jam and honey, and a dozen fresh eggs from their free range chickens! Beautiful scenery and totally zen surroundings. Would absolutely go back!

Lovely home set back off the road and surrounded by trees. The house was clean with all the amenities needed and personal touches that were much appreciated including snacks, water, coffee, face cleansing wipes and shampoo/body wash/lotion. Hosts were thoughtful, kind, and very responsive.

Patsy’s place was the perfect weekend getaway for our family. Seeing it with our own eyes was even better than the pictures on the listing. Beautiful lake front. Multiple outside dining and grilling spaces and a dock. There were only 4 of us but 3-4 more peeps could’ve joined us comfortably. Patsy was great with communicating and answering our questions. We would come back.
