The studio apartment is located in a great neighborhood close to restaurants, shops, decent coffee, and public transit. It's a great home base from which to explore Taipei or other parts of Taiwan. The apartment came with all the amenities as listed, and has fast and reliable internet. The building itself has a gym on the top floor with a few pieces of cardio equipment (treadmills, one elliptical, and a recumbent bike), and there's a real gym a few blocks down the street. There's a night market a 3-minute-walk away. All in all, a great place to stay in Taipei.

We really enjoyed our stay at David's place. It's a little smaller than it looks in the photos but we found it to be enough space for 2 people for 2.5 months. He was very nice and responded really quickly whenever we asked him questions, and was always willing to help out!

First i would like to thank Maggie, because i had some family issues while i was staying there, and they were nothing less than accomodating to my many changes, and issues. I think they went far and beyond, and did everything in their power to make me less worried about my issues. As for the place, is a GREAT place. Right size for two, all the amenities that might be needed, VERY clean, great closet, nice bed, and quiet. While it is located in a busy avenue, and right by the MRT, I could not feel any noise at night. Overall, one of my best stays, and will definitely return if possible.
