Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Da’an District

We had a wonderful stay. I traveled with my family (total of 5 adults) and we felt very comfortable in the apartment. It was easy to find, quiet, and very walkable to MRT, bus, and restaurants. Close to Taipei 101 area and local parks and shopping areas. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen had all of the appliances and amenities we needed. Calvin and his co-host was also very responsive and helped us book transportation to and from the airport, communicating with us throughout the entire trip and even beforehand to organize details.

The space is large, convenient transportation, lots of restaurants around, and the host responds quickly. If you want to stay near 101, I highly recommend staying here

Great location right next to everything downtown. Tons of good restaurants nearby and lots to do. Apartment seems to be newly renovated and was great for our group. Has an interesting layout and everything you need for your stay. Would highly recommend!

We had a great stay! 🤩 The location is very convenient — just a short walk to the MRT, with 7-Eleven and Family Mart nearby, which made it easy to grab snacks and drinks anytime. The host was very friendly and accommodating. They kindly allowed us to leave our baggage for a while after check-out, which we really appreciated 💯 Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area! ☺️

Great location on blue line. Nice breakfast options around. Easy to find. Stairs can be difficult if carrying heavy luggage or disabled (keep in consideration when booking). Amenities and place well furnished and clean

This was a very spacious apartment in a wonderful location of Daan park, a perfect place for families staying in Taiwan. Big, clean rooms and comfortable main spaces. The kitchen was equipped but not for any real cooking (dull knives, basic pots/pans, no kids plates/cups) The toys in the garage ‘play space’ were a hit with our toddlers but became problematic because they always wanted to be out there and we couldn’t leave the door open because of the A/C inside and mosquitoes outside, so we had to sit out there while they played. I would have preferred just having a few toys inside the apartment. Check-in and out times were very strict ( $30 USD per hour seems a little insane for early check-in). The host team was very responsive, using an English translator. There were plenty of great restaurants and the giant Daan park nearby and a grocery store half a block away. Inside space was much more than we needed for 2 adults and 2 toddlers, but we’d stay here again!

Pei is an all star host. This is my second time staying at her place. Although the AC acted up my first night and would no longer run, Pei was super accommodating making sure I had another space to go to while repairs were scheduled

This a a very lovely unit, with are window, comfortable bed and lovely, tasteful design. Audrey is awesome — very friendly, kind and generous. We have now stayed in both units and would be happy to stay again in either.

It was a very convenient location, with one train from Matsuyama Airport, close to the station, and many convenience stores and restaurants near the room.The morning market was also nearby, and we enjoyed fruit, side dishes, and fruit juice. The room was spacious and clean, and the TV, speakers, air conditioner, washing machine, fridge, etc. were new and easy to use. The host was also very friendly and kind, gave us a detailed tour of the room, and kept in touch. I was able to stay in this room very reasonably, and it was a good trip, thank you!

Amazing accommodation right in the middle of Taipei. Linjiang night market was literally two blocks away. Which gave us access to the delicious food at night, especially if we didn’t want to drive far away from the Airbnb. The place was clean and had all we needed. Emily was a great host. Very response. Highly recommend to stay at this place. If you can. You will not regret it. If you need help with finding the place, Emily will send you picture messages. It’s really not that hard.

The condo is very clean and feels brand new! The host responded to our requests promptly, making the stay even more enjoyable. There’s a 7-Eleven conveniently located just around the corner. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends when they travel!

i've totally enjoyed my stay here. i will list things i noted for myself while staying here: 1. convenient building, very easy to find and enter if you have heavy luggage, security guards always there, garbage collection point which is also appreciated as you don't need to chase the truck every day. have lovely rooftop, also gym and pool (didn't use) 2. location is amazing, not too far from metro. have night market just across the street. as well as any kind of store you may need. it's central so can get anywhere in the city quite easily. 3. the apartment itself very functional, plenty of storage space, full kitchen set, washing machine, AC, all the amenities. i must note the view from this apartment is itself worth the money and i totally loved big window wall with all of the sunlight coming in. 4. sometimes wifi stopped working for a short while and also wish it was bit more soundproof as i could hear neighbours walking past my door. i definitely recommend and would come back❤️

We had a lovely stay at this spacious flat, which offered plenty of room and incredibly cozy soft duvets. Emily was a warm and welcoming host, and the key exchange process was seamless, with the meeting point conveniently easy to locate. One minor note: The flat’s soundproofing could be better, as noise from neighbors and the sound of rain falling on the metal roof was quite noticeable during our visit. Light sleepers may want to take this into consideration.

We really enjoyed staying at Coho's place. The apartment was clean and conveniently located within walking distance of the MRT station and Shida Night Market. Coho was very helpful and responsive. We would love to stay here again in the future!

This was a great place to stay that is very centrally located to shopping, bus, subway, etc. And great to have 2 convenience stores directly downstairs. The building smelled/felt a little like dated apartments we've stayed at in Hong Kong. But the place itself was clean and neatly organized. More than adequate for us as a family with 2 kids. We were glad to have the kitchen area and washer/dryer in the apartment. As well as having multiple AC units and WiFi. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

The room was spacious and the location was good with access to two Metro lines. We liked our ten-day stay at Yu Chen's.

what a wonderful apartment! Great location, extremely walkable, and we were able to get in and out very easily after full days of sightseeing. the place was clean and stocked with lots of toiletries and had laundry in unit. Plus, there was also a gym that was available early in the morning with cardio equipment. And the host was amazing! Shu Chi was super attentive and checked in on us often.

Perfect location with several metro stations nearby and Taipei 101 tower right in front. Well suited for group of friends with one big bedroom, two smaller rooms, a spacious living room area and a fully equipped kitchen. The host was very responsive and kindly arranged airport pick ups as well. The weather was unexpectedly cold but there were two big heaters which were very helpful. This place is highly recommended, and we would return any time!

Great place for families, my kids love the secret room. Location is good too, there is filtered water which is convenient. The bathroom is big, water pressure is decent, bidet on toilet. The A/C is cold and beds comfortable. The wifi is a little slow though. Overall it was a great stay and would recommend.

This place is clean and convenient, located close to the MRT station. The host is helpful, responsive, supportive, and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a smooth trip and accommodate our schedule. We have no regrets about staying here.

Melky's place offered the chance to experience the city like a local. Located within walking distance to the train station, getting around the city wasn't a problem. It was fairly easy to get to Taipei 101, the observatory / shopping area (also home to a Din Tai Fung). Melky was very responsive and even gave suggestions about night markets to visit for pictures and food. I would love that chance to stay at one of their other properties in the future.
