New modern home near Sylvan Lake.

New modern home 3 miles to Sylvan Lake and near the border of Custer State park. This is the closest home to Sylvan Lake for rent and the only home of this style available for rent. The home is backed by forest service and has no gravel roads to navigate. The home sits right off Sylvan Lake road and has a large 2 car garage ( more like 3 car) and is included with the use of the home ( there is some storage items in the garage). Across the street is a Buffalo and Long Horn cattle ranch.

A two-story wooden house features a spacious covered deck with railing and several hanging plants. Lounge chairs are positioned on the lower level, with a hot tub visible nearby. The surrounding landscape includes grassy patches and tall pine trees, creating a serene outdoor setting.

This Beautiful 4 bedroom house was built by the owner and has a huge kitchen area for the family to gather. There are two very spacious bathrooms with large showers and one with a soaking tub. Sit out on the large side deck or the covered front deck and enjoy the beautiful views of the valley with French Creek meandering through. The house sits on 40 acres and is surrounded by National Forest. You are in the heart of the Black Hills while still close to all the must see sites.

Internet is unreliable, encouraging you to put down your phone and simply relax. TV with DVD player available-no cable. AC and forced air heat. Grill and fire pit available!
