Fantastic location - close to Hay town centre and the Wye, and a comfortable, well-stocked home for a weekend away. Spacious and clean throughout. Appreciated the provision of a parking space. Would recommend - a great stay.

Do not hesitate to book this place if you’re staying in Hay. Beautiful little cottage, great location close to the river walk and the village, not far from the bus stop. Two bedrooms upstairs with comfy beds, great shower/tub, wood-burning stove downstairs, well appointed kitchen with everything you need, lovely garden out back with chairs to sit in the sun and listen to the birds. Would definitely stay here again.

kates place was really lovely, great walkable distance into town and if you went into the opistute direction the walk along the river was lovely :). Perfect for our few days in Hay

A lovely, comfortable and well-equipped place to stay for a wedding weekend with old friends. Beautiful stroll into and around Haye-on-Wye. Walking distance to the Coop. A very peaceful location in a gorgeous part of the world.
