The apartment is completed in June 2018 . The project wanted to enhance and rediscover all the historical parts of the apartment and give it value. We designed the spaces in order to have 2 separate rooms with their own bathrooms . The house is a movement of spaces , dimensions and materials . The room in the attic, accessible by a spiral staircase , enjoys the view of the port . From the hall the glimpse that crosses the Jewish quarter and captures a corner of the sea . Light is everywhere

Da Fe' - House for 4 with panoramic terrace

Da Fe' is the ideal property for those who want to spend their holidays in absolute peace and serenity. It is located on a quiet street where you can always find parking. Perfect for small families or groups of friends, the house is simple but at the same time very nice, well-kept and welcoming, everything is new! The strong point of the house is the large panoramic terrace, exceptional for outdoor living and to admire part of the town, the valley, the sea on the horizon and warm sunsets.

Our comfortable house lies in a peaceful traditional village, a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful beaches of western Sardinia. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. Experience good food, wine-tasting, fishing, ancient Nuraghic culture, crafts, yoga, golf, surfing or anything else you wish. We will help you arrange it. Strategically located 40 meters from Lido beach, the bike path is a short walk from the historic center. The soundproofed accommodation, ideal for 4 people, consists of a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a bathroom, a living room with sofa bed, a kitchen and a large terrace. You will find all the comforts: air conditioning in every room, washing machine, coffee maker, dishes, microwave, sheets, towels, hairdryer, WiFi and crib. A large private parking space is included!

A small loft located in central Sardinia. Approximately 60 square meters, with a large window overlooking the valley below. The spaces are dedicated to the comfortable use of an open living space communicating with a creative space of Sardinian craftsmanship and an architecture studio. The B&B is designed to accommodate people who, if they wish, can learn the art of manual weaving in the adjacent workshop, which is clearly visible from the open space.

My place is 5 meters from the beach, the garden gate opens directly to the sea. In the garden there is a beach with deck chairs and umbrellas, barbecue, shower, beautiful panoramic views. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups and pets. It is super equipped, all comforts, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven. COD IUN P3154. For the Security Decree, each guest must present an ID upon arrival.
