Typical house, cared for in every detail. Beautiful garden, an oasis of peace and serenity. We will definitely be back.

From the beginning of our trip we had a wonderful welcome. Our flight arrived very late and they came to the airport and guide us to the accommodation. We loved yard, lots of trees, space for the kids to run and play around with fresh air. There were some utensils missing in the kitchen but they quickly answered our request and brought them the next day. They were also kind enough to come and check the water deposit in the middle of the trip to be sure we had plenty for the rest of our vacation. Unfortunately we had a heat wave at the beginning of the trip and had a couple of rough days because there is no AC, but after that everything was fine. Communication was impecable, and Irene and his parents were the most helpful and accommodating hosts. I would definitely recommend staying with them.

Pleasant experience, apartment adequate and true to description. We immediately found parking right in front, the village is nice and the people are friendly. All surrounded by silence, you can only feel nature. We were greeted on time and received all the directions on the spot, bars and pizzeria, services, etc. The house is well cared for and super clean, we only used one bedroom and everything was in order. Although the mattress was not comfortable, I still leave a 5-star rating in the hope that it will be changed as soon as possible. The other unclear aspect is the civic numbers of houses in Via Roma, there are still old tags with old numbers and we went a little further but it's really all within walking distance and we found the house easily. Great garden outside, we had breakfast with local swallows. All promoted!

Piera and her sister Camilla are wonderful hostesses. They make you feel welcome. The cottage is very tastefully decorated with furniture in style with the character of the house. We were immediately invited to visit the museum behind Camilla's house during our stay. It is the old family house where they grew up and what is now used mainly by their brother and is decorated with all kinds of old stuff. The homemade drinks were a must. Austis is a small village where you can eat a good pizza or pasta at the local restaurant Flores de Monte. Even the cookies and sweets are homemade. If you want to discover the inland of Sardinia, you can rent this apartment very well. You can't cook there, but heating something up in the microwave, or in the evening some local bread, sausage, cheese, etc. is also very good. Nearby are plenty of places where you can eat well. Don't hesitate, you won't regret it.

The house is very well-kept and the person who welcomed us was fantastic from the first contact, until the time of check-out. Availability, courtesy, cordiality. For those passing through Tuili (perhaps for a wedding in the nearby and prestigious location of Villa Asquer - 5 minutes' walk - or for a quiet weekend) I highly recommend staying here: the pool is very clean, really fantastic. And the whole place is well furnished, well maintained, clean and cozy. In addition to being spacious (being two large floors). I only recommend greater timeliness in communications via Airbnb, or, alternatively, since the owner does not live on site, to leave a phone number of an available contact person, to have greater speed in communications (often essential for the organization of times and movements in view of weddings, in fact, which are often held in the village). We'll definitely be back!

Excellent welcome from Sébastiano who helped us transport our luggage, he was available to each of our requests. The accommodation is spotless with beautiful views of Bosa, up to the sea. If you are 4 couples, you should know that as indicated one of the bedrooms is smaller, without air conditioning but equipped with a fan, the other 3 are very beautiful. All 4 bedrooms have bathroom and toilet and it's very nice.

Angel has a very nice place in Alghero! It is even better in person than in pictures. Perfect location, tidy, nicely maintained garden, nice accommodation, good air conditioning, Wi-Fi, clean swimming pool. We thought it was a nice location because you can go from here to Bosa as well as Castelsardo. Everything in between can be reached within the hour. Trentino, La Pelosa and Asinara are also feasible from here. A short distance to Alghero. It is a very beautiful region, the coastal region and the beaches are beautiful. Angel is helping you very well, whatever question you have. You have an answer at a very short notice. He's making a lot of efforts to help you further. Upon arrival, a welcome package was offered, very nice to have something in your ice box, to nibble, really a welcome feeling! In addition, Angel wanted to cook for us the first evening, without obligation. Extremely nice touch. We enjoyed it with Angel as a perfect professional and warm host!

It was a pleasure to stay for 10 days in Davides apartment. Davide and his Dad were so friendly and helpful if needed and also authentic. The apartment is also very nice and spacious. The beach is very close. Another plus point are the extremely friendly neighbors 😃. We have only had good experiences in Sardinia so far, but this time it was a highlight 👍

Warm welcome by Andrea and introduction to the apartment. Lots of good tips about the surroundings. Beautiful location in the pine forest with the possibility of walking to the kilometer-long sandy beach. Ideal place for our dog as well. Pleasant climate even in the heat inland. Beautiful sunsets. The house is well equipped. For Internet connection, you have to rely on your own hotspot.

Spacious and clean flat, filled with natural light but also with window shutters/curtains and mosquito nets - both are very convenient during hot weather. The flat was well equipped and if we needed anything else, Marco was helpful and provided us with extras. Parking available on site, there's a shadow spot, too, which protects the car from heating up in the morning. Peaceful place with calming views. Responsive and flexible host. Highly recommended!

This is a really nice place with direct access to the beach. Nearby you can find places for a long walk, try windsurfing or just spend your time on a beach. Michele is very responsive and the check-in is easy. Thank you for hosting us!

We had a great stay and can only thank Rosa and Giulio for their hospitality! Before arrival, we received a helpful guide in English. Upon arrival we were shown around the flat. The two were very responsive and helpful for any questions that came up during our stay and even brought us a homemade cake! Communication was great although we don't speak Italian and they don't speak English. We felt very welcome! The flat is well-equipped with kitchen utensils, washing machine, and practical beach umbrella. The garden is just beautiful and gives you holiday feeling right away. Parking is just outside the house, there was always a free spot. After experiencing a heatwave with almost 30°C at night during our first week in Sardinia, we were a bit worried about not having air-condition but with windows open at night and the ventilator, it was no problem thanks to the big stone walls. Location is great to explore amazing beaches, cultural heritage and different cities. We can only recommend!

We had a great time at Antonio's. He is very helpful and responded immediately to our questions. Antonio is a perfect host! The house is in the middle of the village and everything is close by. A car is recommended because except for a small supermarket (with nice homemade products) there are no stores. Bosa, however, is close and there is everything you want. Everything is further within walking distance, but if you want to go to a really nice beach, 3 minutes by car is more convenient than walking.

We had beautiful days in Vincenzo's apartment. His parents, who live on the ground floor, and he are super warm and always striving for the welfare of the guests. The view from the balcony is fantastic and just a few houses away there is a very good fish restaurant. There are many beautiful beaches in the area. The apartment is modern and very well equipped, just a little noisy.

We had a great week at Anna's and what a pleasure. Beautiful welcome, a superb place with a breathtaking sunset view. Quiet place, note that we were lucky to have neighbors who were also quiet, which made the stay even more exceptional, but if the neighbor is noisy, it can be annoying. In our case, a superb stay in accommodation that made our vacation even more beautiful. Thank you for everything

We had a great week with our two kids. Guiseppe welcomed us and was super friendly. He showed us everything and already stocked up on a few supplies - drinks and snacks. That was super great after the early departure! The house is very clean and we really appreciated the privacy. It is cozy and well equipped. The property is super close to Alghero and yet idyllic in nature. Guiseppe was immediately available and on the spot for the smallest thing and even spoiled us with croissants one morning! So nice! A really great contact! We would come back anytime!

10 days spent at Villa Mirasol was fabulous - Set just in the outskirts of Alghero this is a wonderful villa surrounded by olive trees and providing views across the countryside to the sea on one side and hills to the other. This provides Peace and tranquility and yet a short drive away (or long walk) you can reach the new and old towns and the restaurants / sites of the area. The villa is spotlessly clean and tidy, the beds very comfortable with memory foam mattress and pillows and fresh clean white sheets. Air conditioning is a bonus in villas like these and to have that for the occasional quick cool down was lovely. There is plenty of space to relax inside and outside on the main terraced area and also a ‘sunset watching area’ within the olive trees where in the evenings you can watch the sunset over the sea while enjoying a glass of local wine. The kitchen is well equipped and has all the pots and pans etc you need to self cater. Mario is an excellent host. Thoroughly recommended.

Beautiful home with everything you need to relax. The beach is right outside your doorstep. The host was very kind and helpful. We stayed here for a week during the off-season but still found plenty to explore with some guidance. The beds are comfortable, and you can tell the house was recently cleaned—it smelled fresh and was spotless. The instructions to find the house were also very clear and helpful.

We had a great time in Alghero. The terrace and roof terrace were simply fantastic. The kitchen is a bit small, but sufficient for smaller dishes.

My partner and I slept 5 nights in Maria's apartment. Maria, her husband and daughter Erica are very friendly and accommodating hosts. Erica (even speaks German) gave us many valuable tips for excursions, restaurants, etc. upon arrival. Maria surprised us with a very delicious homemade nut cake. We were also allowed to help ourselves to the rosemary and sage in the garden. The place is very clean, stylish and has its own charm. The kitchen is equipped in a minimalist way, but with everything you need for cooking. There are screens on all the windows and doors. The view from the terrace is very nice and unique. The lovely cat Rosalie greeted us every day on the terrace and was happy to receive some petting. We definitely recommend this place.

We spent a week at the villa and thoroughly enjoyed our days with our three children (8, 6 & 4) at the pool, in the garden and at the nearby sea. Maria is a super host! She responded immediately and kindly to any concerns we had. The only slight downside is that waste disposal is a bit complicated, but manageable. If we’re ever in the area again, we will definitely book this house once more 😉

We spent two weeks in Torro del Pozzo in Alessandra's beautiful house. The view from living room, the bedrooms and especially from the terrace simply is amazing! The interior is friendly and spacious. The kitchen is small but very clean. There is a patio behind the house that is lovely when it's hot. We loved the small beach by the house just a two minute (steep) walk from the house! Parking the car proved a bit tricky, since our van was a bit oversized for the small (and again very steep) driveway. Turning the car in front of the neighbor's garage always took a few minutes but we preferred that to driving up the driveway backwards.:) The road is close but was rarely heard, the restaurant across the street (bar del capitano) makes great pizza! :) We loved our stay and really recommend Alessandra as a host and the villa as home base to discover this part of the island!
