Cute house with a nice backyard area! Host is very proactive with communication and consistently encourages you to reach out if you need anything. Very easy to check-in and locate items throughout the house.

This cottage was so cute & cozy, and was fully stocked with amenities. They had a full coffee bar, fun games to play inside, cornhole for outside, kayaks, paddle boards and a paddle boat, and so much more. We spent our whole time outside enjoying the beautiful scenery and quietness. It was so relaxing and I would definitely recommend staying here, to friends and family. Plus downtown Gaylord was only a 10 minute drive away!

Such a nice Stay in Beulah! The place was so clean and came with so many perks! Games and a Bluetooth speaker, plenty of towels, bathroom with a heated fan, EXTRA COTS! Check in and check out was a breeze and the host was very friendly with their communication! All around a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to hike, beach or relax.

Cannot recommend this host and this property enough. Nathan was communicative while we were still looking at the property, and responded quickly through the rest of the process until check out. He provided great recommendations for local places to try out and we had a peaceful stay. The property was roomier than expected for the master and cozy for the spare rooms, and we especially loved the living room and outdoor furniture. So happy to have found this gem of a place and excited to come back in the future!

A cute romantic hideaway with lots to do on property. Perfect for a quiet getaway. Beautiful views. Kitchen fully stocked whether you want a variety of different ways to make coffee or all the tools you need to make a delicious cocktail. We loved our honeymoon here!

We had a great holiday weekend at the cabin for the Bayshore Marathon. It is very clean and has everything we needed and more. It had a seccluded woodsy feel in spite of being very near the main parts of town and walkable. Close to the beach, the start trail but private with a wooded back yard and creek running through the property. 3 mile is noisy and busy as is 31 but it didn’t bother us. We brought ear plugs just in case.

A True Slice of Heaven! We had such an incredible stay at Slice of Heaven! The property is absolutely beautiful — private, peaceful, and perfectly set up for a relaxing getaway. The main home was spotless and cozy, and the extra rental RV added such a fun and unique touch with extra space for our group. The views were stunning, especially from the private beach and dock. We loved having access to the kayaks and paddleboards — it made our time on the water even more memorable. The thoughtful amenities like robes, towels, water shoes, and more made it feel like a luxury retreat. Dan was very responsive and helpful, especially when we had a small issue with the RV’s tank system — he made sure we were taken care of quickly. The only thing I wish could have been better was the check-in and check-out times. It would’ve been great to have a bit more flexibility, as our check-in felt quite late and check-out came too soon. Still, that’s a small detail in an otherwise perfect stay.

I loved this Airbnb! It was a perfect size and was beautiful. Super close to town yet still felt like we had a quiet neighborhood to stay in as well. Our host was the sweetest and communicated so well with us. If I ever need to come back to lake city, I would love to stay here again!

My family and I had a great stay at Robert's home. It was exactly what we were looking for in a long weekend in the Leelanau/Suttons Bay wine country with hiking trails, scenic roadways, and outdoor activities that we had in store. Robert was very accommodating and the home was exactly what we were looking for in a quiet rural space to recharge. We would love to stay here again if we make it back up that way. House was very comfortable and easy for my elderly mother to get around. The handicap ramp and large bedroom and bathroom on the main floor made it possible for her enjoy the weekend. Road noise was not a problem once inside the house. The house was very organized and well equipped with everything we needed. We chose this place because we were traveling with a small dog and they even had dog supplies handy, leashes and paw wipes, right by the front door. The communication with the host was also amazing.

A hidden gem of a cabin within a really short walk to the beach! We loved staying so close to the water, even if the weather wasn’t quite warm enough for sunbathing, it was still so nice just to walk out there. We also loved how close it was to downtown Pentwater, just a four minute drive. The perfect combination of private, peaceful woods with the convenience of a short drive to dinner/ice cream. :) The place itself is well-maintained as well, and although it is a hike of a staircase from the car, it’s worth it. We liked how there were gates on the deck so we could hang out with our dog without worry. The tap water was sulfur-y and iron-y, but that’s to be expected with a cabin in the woods, and Rob provided bottled water which was perfect to kick off our trip. Thank you for a great getaway!!

We originally booked a different cottage in Ludington….only to find out we accidentally booked it for the wrong date. We cancelled that reservation and booked this location instead. Host responded immediately- huge relief to us since we were already on our way to the area. Directions to the house were spot on, which made it easy to find. Even though this was a last minute reservation, the house was ready for us. Yes, the furniture is dated but that was fine with us. There is so much to do in the area that we were gone most of the time. However, we did spend some time at the house to do some fishing out on the lake- they have a boat and canoe onsite that we were able to take out. Our last night there, we sat out by the fire pit and stargazed while we fished. It was perfect! Communication with host couldn’t have been any better. They checked in with us to make sure all was going well and responded right away when I accidentally locked ourselves out of the house. Would stay again.

Such a great place, we really enjoyed it and it was a great spot to bring our little kids and dog! We hope to return next year!

My husband and I had a wonderful time relaxing at this lake house. It had everything needed for us to kick back, relax, and unplug. Our host was very responsive with every contact that we made! The only thing I would add to the house description is that there are a few pretty tall steps in the house, so someone with bad knees might want to consider that. Great place and well with the money!

Elise was a wonderful host! We have loved visiting Frankfort every year, and usually camp nearby. This year, at 34wks pregnant, their home was the comfortable space needed for a quick weekend getaway. The home was located so perfectly in Frankfort, and was a short drive from Sleeping Bear Dunes. We could enjoy walks downtown and by Lake Michigan, but we’re never too far from the coziness of the home. The home was clean, well taken care of, and so cozy to stay in.

Wow... Such a beautiful spot to wind down. Came for my husband's birthday weekend and we couldn't have asked for a better spot! Sarah was super sweet and helpful. House had ALL the amenities we needed too. We COOK on trips due to food sensitivities and the kitchen was very well equipped! House was spotless and very charming. Located on a beautiful large lake. We would certainly come back in a heartbeat!

everything was great...beautiful lake with nice dock, has boat, kayaks and a dock that we waded out to..water was clear and could wade out barefoot..will stay again when opportunity arises.

We had a fantastic stay at this lakeside gem! The house was spotless, and the instructions for check-in were clear and easy to follow. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made sure everything was perfect for our visit. The game room provided hours of fun for our group, and the kayaks were a wonderful touch for exploring the lake. Saturday morning on the water was absolutely picture-perfect—calm, serene, and stunningly beautiful. This is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, fun, and peaceful retreat by the lake!

The stay at Lori & Peter's Interlochen cottage was fabulous--from the moment of booking through follow up as I was leaving they were responsive and helpful; no question was too small. The place was just as pictured: quiet, secluded, yet close to everything I needed or wanted, well furnished and appointed, comfortable beds, charming kitchen dishes, wonderful area. It was absolutely perfect.

Stephanie was great to work with and very accommodating. Wish the TV had more than just streaming as we enjoy watching local programming/news. Place was very clean and well kept. Had everything we needed. We would stay again.

Anita was an amazing host! She responded very quickly to any questions we had throughout our stay. The pictures do not do this place justice, it’s more beautiful in person. It was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. Coffee pot, toaster, cookware, they thought of everything. Even had extra sunscreen the bathroom. The beach area was also very clean and well stocked, we enjoyed going out on the kayaks. It was the perfect setting to exhale and escape the world for a week on our own private beach. We will definitely be booking with Anita again!

Mary is an amazing hostess whom is very kind, responsive, and drama-free. This house has AMAZING energy, an en-suite downstairs and another upstairs, while there is a kitchen/living room, deck, 100% private grounds, etc. The beautiful lake is literally just feet away, and this location has tons of shops, restaurants, fuel stations, etc., within walking distance, as well as very short driving distance. I highly recommend this home.
