Everything was perfect, beautiful house on the hill overlooking the sea. Giulia was always available.

I was looking for an apartment near the beach so I wouldn't have to walk or drive miles every day, (with the stress of parking). Annalisa's apartment is very close to the sea, 100 meters from the beach and allows you to fully enjoy beach life, as we like it. I particularly appreciated the convenience of the parking space in the inner courtyard, the presence of all appliances in the apartment and air conditioners in every room for a relaxing vacation. Although we didn't have many opportunities to see each other since there were no problems, Annalisa made a great impression on us, a kind and caring Host. Paolo M

Stefania is very kind and helpful. Spacious, comfortable, tidy, clean, soberly furnished, although in the 70s style. On the walls, there are beautiful family photos that make the atmosphere really welcoming. The house is in a strategic location: a very quiet area above Porto Sant'Elpidio, a few minutes' drive from the beaches and clubs. There were three of us, for a fishing competition in the area that lasted about four days: we had a wonderful time! Thank you for everything, Stefania!!!

The house is very spacious, equipped with everything you need, very clean and welcoming. The air conditioning system was very appreciated for the hot days we had during our stay. Federica and Milo are two very helpful hosts for all our requests both for the management of the house and for suggestions and information on the country and the region.
