Little Manor Annexe - Beautiful Rural Location

A bright and airy two bedroom annexe on the side of our family home, set down a private drive in the little village of Downhead. Wonderful views of fields to enjoy at the front and side of the home and quiet woodland behind. Wildlife and farm animals are easily spotted. The popular East Mendip Way footpath passes the bottom of the garden, offering fabulous walks. With parking outside the door, the annexe being all on one level and having a walk-in shower, it is suitable for all abilities.

Modern & spacious house in the countryside.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Whether sat outside soaking up the views in the sunshine, or snuggled up by the wood burner on a rainy day, The Green Hut is the ideal place to unwind.

Gert Lushing - A wooden tiny house couples cabin.

This little quirky cabin nestled on top of the Mendip Hills is the PERFECT getaway from the everyday hussle and bustle. We built this ourselves and are very proud. The cabin is situated on our Family ran farm and at the top end of our Campsite. The Oakhill Inn is a 10 min walk from the cabin and cook some amazing 5* food including take away pizzas and burgers. With hardly any streetlights around you can enjoy the stars and peace and quiet.

We had a fabulous stay here. Marie responded quickly to our questions and was extremely accommodating when our plans changed at short notice. The cottage was homely, really well equipped and conveniently placed for meeting up with family in Shepton Mallet and Frome. It was also perfect for a visit to the East Somerset railway and a steam train ride for 2 excited little boys! Marie had thought of everything, even including the dogs in the welcome pack! The garden was spacious and secure with a glorious outlook. Altogether a delightful stay, thank you Marie 😊

A lovely stay away from the city! A really beautiful location right next to a stream with a fire place and bbq provided to fully enjoy the best of the outdoors! Pretty, quaint villages and towns within a short drive from the hut as well as a few places to each and drink within walking distance. Dave and Jaks were also really lovely and welcoming. Great spot!

What a wonderful find.... couldn't have been better! Small as described but there was nothing not thought of..and the homemade apple juice, fresh sour dough and jam were such a lovely addition. We made use of the bbq which was great and even had a few visits from their very friendly dog. Perfect stay thank you

Stunning Barn Conversion in Idyllic location.

Peter's house was delightful, with a mix of modern comfort and antique furnishings, in a peaceful but convenient setting. He was very helpful and made sure we were settled when we arrived. Kitchen facilities are excellent and there was plenty of space in the fridges and cupboards. All of the appliances worked fine, and plumbing in the bathrooms etc too. Each room has its own en-suite bathroom, which was ideal for us. Beds were large and very comfortable, and we had masses of storage space in drawers and cupboards. There was a large selection of spices, herbs, oils etc in addition to basoc condiments which helped our cooking efforts. The charcoal bbq outside was also great, in a private sunny garden. Thank you very much!! We had a lovely stay.
