Perfect apartment and location for a small family to get away. Loved being walking distance to everything. The apartment is really well set up and the balcony is a huge bonus.

Absolutely stunning views from balcony overlooking both farm and ocean. On top of watching cows graze, we saw rabbits, wallabies and many different species of birds. Although the closest beach was a bit rough, just metres down the road are plenty of more swimmable beaches. Accomodation is clean, spotless and spacious. It is well equipped, making it a home away from home. Shops are close and the host is always available and willing to help. We absolutely loved our stay.

very clean and well stocked kitchen with complimentary welcome basket of good quality bottled water, crackers and pancake mix which was definitely a big surprise and helped alot for my famished family after the long drive from Melbourne city. just behind is the Cowes jetty which made for a great morning walk with numerous coffee and food joints just right next door. supermarkets were nearby too and the location is just so convenient. there are no lifts though so u need to carry up your luggage up the flight of stairs (easy for someone who exercises regularly). definitely will recommend for anyone looking for a great stay in Phillip Island.

This is a perfect place for a younger family to stay. The property is in a quiet, out-of-the-way location and has everything you need. The toys were great to keep pur little ine occupied and daved us csrting a bunch from home. The house is close to the main streets in Cowes and was a reasonable drove to all other tourist areas on the island.

We stayed here for just over a week and did not want to leave! It’s the perfect accom for a young family. You can tell the home has been renovated with a lot of thought put into it. We loved the style and the setup of the backyard, was lovely to relax outside. The barbecue was handy and we did a lot of cooking - the kitchen also has everything you need and is well equipped. We spent a lot of time out the back or sitting out on the front deck. It is walking distance to the beach, 2 min drive to the patrolled beach. It’s a great base for visiting the island. We were truly sad to leave, we had such a fabulous time. Angus was easy to reach and responded quickly to any messages. Highly recommend this home, we would love to return. Thank you

This was hands down the *best Airbnb* we’ve ever stayed in! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The property is **beautifully maintained** and **fully equipped** with everything we could possibly need – the kitchen had all the essentials (and more!), the living spaces were cozy, and the bedrooms were incredibly comfortable. Our kids absolutely *loved it here* – they haven’t stopped talking about the stay since we left! The space was so family-friendly, safe, and had plenty of room for them to play. It’s rare to find a place that keeps both adults and children this happy. The host was wonderful – responsive, thoughtful, and made us feel truly welcomed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking for a **perfect home away from home**, especially with kids, look no further. We’ll definitely be returning! This is a great, spacious and modern place to spend many many days. All you may need are already thought of and available in place. Just 8 minutes from all markets, and very quiet place. Lots of options for games, including a full size table tennis. All things considered, we had a great time and Yale's place is built so as to create great family memories! Thanks Yale!

We had a fantastic weekend here, place was stunning and felt so luxurious and comfortable. We absolutely loved our stay and were sad to leave. Aura was a lovely host, extremely helpful recommendations and easy check in instructions!

Ben was very friendly and responsive to all my queries. His place was amazing and comfortable to fit my big group of 8 Adults and 3 children. We especially had a great time bonding over playing pool. It was also near the Penguin Parade which we had signed up for. Thank you for the wonderful memories!

Our fourth stay at Deb and Mary’s was just as relaxing and comfortable as it always is. We highly recommend this gorgeous house, both for its location and for how modern and well-equipped it is. I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with a nice balcony to relax on. It was conveniently located just 10 minutes from the Phillip Island Circuit, and close to the beach where I spent an enjoyable day. There were plenty of nice restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and it was also close to the bus station for trips to Melbourne. The host was understanding and kind, making my stay even better.

Lovely spot in Seaford. Back of the building complex so very quiet and peaceful. No noise from other residents. Easy walk to the shops of Seaford, either along the beach or along the creek. We did have issues with access through the front door which Sid tried to help with. We ended up just using the key to the back door for coming and going. Great space for a couple, 2 couples or a small family. Maybe a carton of milk for guests would be a nice touch of welcome.

Beautiful apartment unit, immaculate amenities, larger than the photos showed, with plenty of space. It is on the 3rd floor and yes there are stairs (no lift) but this did not detract from my stay. Host was friendly and responsive, would definitely recommend.

Duncan's apartment was so lovely.. It was modern and clean. It had everything you needed. The location is excellent as it's across the road from the beach. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a beach holiday.
