Monthly Rentals in Cossignano

We stayed at the “Il Selvaggio” apartment for the entire month of August and it was a wonderful experience. The apartment, inside a renovated villa in an enchanting and very evocative setting, is equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. The house is beautiful, very clean, quiet and with a terrace and a magnificent view. Appliances, mattresses, pillows, bathroom, and furniture are chosen with great taste and functionality. The location also allows you to visit both the south of the Marche and the north of Abruzzo with ease. Supermarkets, ice cream parlors, restaurants are easily accessible. Teresa, her husband and children were very kind: they were very discreet people, but at the same time attentive to our needs and gave us a lot of useful advice. The garden produce was superb: tomatoes and salad with unique flavors. We hope to be able to return in the fall/winter!

Amazing location, very quiet place in the middle of the countryside but less than 20 minutes from the sea of Grottammare. We were able to leave our dogs free since there is only one very little busy dirt road (pay attention anyway) Oriana has always been very kind and scrupulous, thank you 1000 for your hospitality.

We had a FANTASTIC weekend! We were very well received by Luca, in a house that is extremely well kept, in the smallest details both inside and out! Each attention is very delicate. Le Cana is an oasis of peace, tranquility and beauty among hills, valleys, villages and the sea, in an area that offers many activities. Thank you so much!!

Very nice apartment with great views of the sea and the mountains. Great beaches 10 minutes away. Charming village with hospitable residents, where we felt right at home. Stefano took excellent care of us. I'm sure we'll be back.
