Sea Breeze Villa with Stunning Views in Nissaki

The Sea Breeze Villa is a stone villa, made of traditional Corfiot stones from the nearby village called „Sinies“. The sea views from the wide front terrace and windows are breathtaking. Entering the villa you find yourself in a small hall, off which is a traditional cute kitchen with a window with views across the pool and patio doors onto the front terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can make breakfast, lunch or dinner. Enjoy a healthy breakfast on the terrace or a romantic dinner by the pool! Off the entering hall is also the spacious comfortable living room with lovely wooden floors made of cypress wood and many openings, which give way to the light and the sea breeze. The room has comfortable furnishings, an impressive antique dresser and a fireplace in the center. You can relax watching the view, reading a book, hearing music or even watching TV. To the back of the living room is the sunny dining area with a large window looking across the pool area. A corridor leads to a beautiful double bedroom and a bathroom with full bath. This bedroom has its own quiet private terrace surrounded by olive trees and flowers. Wide wooden stairs lead up to the first floor of the villa. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. This master bedroom has a window with spectacular sea views and a charming private roof terrace with views across the pool and the sea. This roof terrace is amazing at all times of the day and night. If you wake up early you can see the sun rising from the sea and at night you can watch the moon and its silver lightning over the sea. Romantic and stunning at the same time. On this floor there is also one twin bedroom with views from the window across the pool to the sea and another twin bedroom with a window to the side of the house. These two bedrooms share a nice bathroom with a window to the side. All bedrooms are air conditioned and heated. This well-equipped 2-bed room apartment is situated below the owner’s house. In its elevated position it gives excellent views over the Ionian sea to both Corfu Town and also the mainland of Greece. Situated only a 100Mtrs away from the crystal clear sea and pebble beach of Benitses, and a further 8 mins walk will take you into the center of the village. Where shops ,super market ,services and restaurants are nearby. In Benitses village you will find two of the most popular traditional restaurants , Paxinos and Bellos Klimataria which are open during winter period , available to taste high quality local recipes. Blue bus service to corfu town available every half and during winter period , and every 20 minutes through summer .The bus stop is approximately 100m. from our property This spacious 2 bedroomed apt is very well maintained offering you all you need for a great stay. There are two bedrooms one with a double bed and other has two single beds, both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, dressing table, hairdryers and air conditioning . So it is indicated for winter The living room has a sofa which can accommodate a 4th person, satellite/smart tv, dining table to seat 6 persons and air conditioning. A well equipment kitchen located off living area with electric, gas cooking rings, toaster, kettle and microwave. The apt has free wi fi throughout and offers a free safety deposit box in one bedroom. The bathroom has a large shower, wc and a wash basin. The balcony off the living room and one of the bedrooms offers the most stunning views adding to the relaxing atmosphere. Set in a quiet location gives the perfect place to relax and have amenities of the village close by. This property offers spacious living areas for 4 people in a well maintained and equipped apartment. Guests with disabilities would need a car and apartment is located up a steep drive.

Gorgeous location surrounded by Olive trees and 3 minutes flat walk to the beach. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. The Stone house has a pool, tasteful interiors and a lush garden, only a stones throw, 3 minutes walk from Avlaki bay. One of the most beautiful untouched bays on Corfu. Most villas have a very steep and hot climb back from the beach!! Avlaki is known for its peaceful beach, clear blue waters and two tavernas only 5 minutes walk away, known for their delicious menus and fabulous ambience.
