Lovely place and absolutely spotless! Excellent directions and Victoria was extremely responsive and accommodating prior to our visit, as well as lovely and friendly on person. Would DEFINITELY recommend and will book again in the future! 5 STARS!

Last minute booking after work booked me into an awful hotel. Caroline’s accommodation was a welcome relief at very short notice. The instructions to locate the property were very helpful especially in the dark. Perfect place for a night or two when working away. The kitchenette and bathroom are well thought out and very clean. The bed was very comfy and inviting. Definitely looking forward to staying there again.

Had a lovely 3 night stay here. Was a perfect getaway to the countryside for us. Nice accomodation. We did lots of cooking in the kitchen and lots of eating in the garden. Garden was well fenced off and a good space for our dog to run around in. Great views out the windows of the apartment of the surrounding fields. 15-20mins drive into Stratford Upon Avon. Hosts were very friendly, helpfup, and commincation was easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Thanks for a great couple of nights! Beautiful snug property, great facilities for the size! Bed is a little tight to the ceiling, but as long as you are comfortable with this no issues! It was very comfy!
