Had another great stay at Lisa’s place! We can’t get enough of the fire and the real plants… rare for bnbs unfortunately. Lisa was very responsive, helpful and accomodating. Would definitely recommend!

Swan Bay views was the perfect accommodation for our needs as a couple with a dog. It had everything we needed from a large secure backyard for the dog to a warm and cosy one bedroom apartment with high quality king size bed, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. We appreciated the extra touches on arrival with the lovely sourdough bread, lemon cake and home made jams, prewarmed rooms, instructions and local recommendations. It was a nice blend of B&B and AirBnB with the lovely provisions and well stocked kitchen and owners onsight but out of site. The location was a short walk to main street and a nice and quiet location with beautiful views of Swan bay to greet you each morning.

Great place to stay! Walking distance to basically everything you could need. If anything its nicer than the photos a really stunning apartment even though it was rainy weather the view out to the ocean was still stunning and we just felt right at home, all the amenities you could want and more, comfortable beds and clean rooms. Everything was great we wouldn't fault the place.

Perfect little studio in the heart of St Kilda- but on a nice quiet residential street so a good night sleep is guaranteed! There’s even a quaint little balcony where you can see the ocean and city. We were blessed with perfect weather for our Melbourne weekend and loved the convenience to be able to walk to everything in St Kilda or hop an easy tram to the city: definitely recommend !

Staying here was truly a great experience! Communication with the host was excellent from the very beginning – quick responses, incredible kindness, and helpfulness at every stage of our stay. The apartment is very well equipped, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed – from essential appliances to the small details that make a difference during a longer stay. An extra big plus for the host’s flexibility and support. The location was also very good – everything we needed was within easy reach. We definitely recommend this place and would gladly come back in the future!

We had a great time at the Portarlington National Celtic festival over the June long weekend. To top this off our very comfortable accommodation was a highlight. The Hosts have put so much effort to make their place a home away from home and it shows with every thoughtful detail . Certainly would recommend to anyone wanting to stay and also explore the beautiful Bellarine Peninsula. Hopefully we can return for another luxury escape !! Rgds Margaret & Bob

David was great to deal with and his place was stunning. Squeaky clean with no dust to be seen. Everything was working and had all the amenities he described. The viewfrom the balcony in the morning was breathtaking, we had an amazing time and will definitely come back again. Thank you David for having us!

We loved staying at Deborah's place. It was well set up for hosting with lovely touches like nice soaps, an amazing shower head and was peaceful and quiet but within walking distance to the beach and shops. Perfect for our quiet family holiday ❤️

Amazing views of the bay and close enough to cafes and shops but keeps a sense of privacy and relaxed homely feel. Easy drive to all the Mornington Peninsula has to offer..The ambience was beautiful, and Samantha’s communication throughout made everything smooth and enjoyable. We’d absolutely stay again if we’re ever back in the area!

Lucy’s place was absolutely perfect! The house was beautifully lit, spotless, and incredibly well-maintained — everything felt fresh, clean, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. It was also super dog-friendly, which made the stay even more enjoyable for our 2 furry family members. The location is unbeatable — just a short walk to the beach, making it ideal for both relaxation and daily adventures. Hands down, this is one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the owner was incredibly responsive and attentive, regularly checking in to ensure that everything was in order and that we were comfortable. This level of hospitality made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay. The house itself is stunning—set in a serene farm environment that offers both relaxation and a unique countryside experience. Our children especially enjoyed the opportunity to interact with and feed the farm animals, which added a special and memorable touch to the trip. Inside, the home is tastefully designed with a modern yet warm aesthetic. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and the house is extremely well equipped with everything we could possibly need—from kitchen essentials to comfortable furnishings. It felt like a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. This stay exceeded our expectations in every way. We would highly recommend it to families!

We had a great stay here. The place felt cared for, and the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. The furniture and bedding are quality. As it is an apartment you can hear the neighbours pretty clearly, but it was not an issue overnight. I would recommend Melissa's place.

Wonderful home way from home. The interior and design of the rooms are fantastic. Kristina is lovely and makes you feel very welcome as she is well informed about the area, sharing great suggestions on what to see and do. Very well equiped kitchen (blender, storage cans, herbs, oil for baking) and bathroom (perfect rain shower, lovely showergel, shampoo and conditioner, laundry detergent) Rooms can be made dark for good sleep. Location is very nice with a yoga studio in the same street and a beautiful area for jogging. Highly recommended!

Does what it says on the box, a plain but pleasant and comfortable 2 bedroom flat with some nice restaurants and public transport a 5 minute walk away - would definitely stay again

From the moment you walk through the door of Julies Airbnb it was welcoming and cosy. The view from the balcony was great to wake up to and the location was central enough to be within walking distance to all the great cafes and shops. Highly recommended, Julie is a great host.
