Close your eyes and drift off to the sounds of birds and the wood all around you. Inside you'll find a lovely marriage of modern and vintage, newly updated space that is open, bright, and very clean! Please note that there are steep slopes around the home and the loft railings are spaced too far apart to be baby safe.

Easy access to the main road and a short drive to town. One queen bed in a semiprivate room and a pull out couch. One bathroom with shower only. Accessible by stairs only. Propane heater to warm the space. Small side deck for entry and a larger deck on the back of the house with a BBQ. Full kitchen setup with Keurig.

Wild Treehouse Paradise in the Cliffs & Trees

Nestled in a private quiet green canyon amidst trees, built into a cliff, the Treehouse is in the heart of Prescott's gorgeous Granite Dells. This rustic 3-room Treehouse is for the fit and adventurous! It's furnished with a dresser, desk, chairs and a comfortable queen futon bed. Seasonal (April - Oct), solarium-covered pool, pond, lawn and canyon trails. The Treehouse is open for bookings Apr 15 - Oct 31. There are no refunds for wildlife sightings or an inability to climb the winding steps.

This beautiful and private house features a hot tub, front and back lounging areas with BBQ and a waterfall/pond in the front yard The bathroom includes a Japanese smart toilet and awesome double shower towers. Note: Due to steps downs/elevation changes the home is not suitable for the elderly.

The Painted Lady

This 950 square foot bungalow - newly renovated - is set into our beautiful, peaceful ranch/meadow surroundings. It is fully equipped for self-catering with kitchen/dining area. Spacious open-space style (see photos), with large porch, a beautiful pool, hot tub, barn with hens, mini donkeys, and 2 llamas, and our two beloved Golden Retrievers. We are only 25 minutes from downtown Prescott with all its amenities, and then back home to the quiet, and amazing starry skies of Skull Valley.

Sugarhill

Lovely vacation home centrally located in Wickenburg. This is a great value for daily, weekly and monthly guests. Fully equipped kitchen and includes linens, towels and we also have a fully equipped coffee station. We have 3 queen beds,queen air mattress and couch for sleeping arrangements. Sits atop a hill with great Mountain View’s. Relax to the large patio either for chatting with family and friends, dinning or playing a game of corn hole! We do have a CAMERA set up by our garage.

Beautiful cabin in Prescott. Quiet and peaceful setting in the Groom Creek area. Only 10-15 minutes to the downtown Prescott and Whiskey row. A few minutes from tons of hiking and Goldwater lake for fishing and kayaking. At over 6,200 feet of elevation enjoy the fresh air and cooler temperatures. Perfect location to unwind and enjoy viewing the abundant wildlife. Large deck with a grill and outdoor table for al fresco dining and enjoying the amazing weather. Perfect family getaway.

Riverstone Cottage, Bright and Airy Forest Retreat

This quiet and secluded stone cottage is set in 3 acres bordering the Prescott National Forest. It is the perfect place to explore both Prescott and the local hiking/Bike and OHV trails. Goldwater Lake is just 2 miles away and is a gorgeous spot for hiking, fishing, kayaking and picnicking. Downtown Prescott is only stunningly beautiful 10 minute drive. *new air conditioning installed August 2025 for those extra hot days we’ve been having*

The home is located on a very quiet dead end street and offers a fantastic view. Only a mile from Safeway and shopping. The property includes 2.2 acres. The home is 1877 sq. ft. of living space and has a three car garage. Six large picture windows offer a view from within the house. We recently added a Smart TV. TV cable includes a sport package. Extended stay welcome. Please note that I do not have a BBQ nor grill.
