Snow Canyon, Pine Valley, Gunlock, Quail Creek, Sand Hollow, Zion, Brianhead, or just step outside into the backyard to enjoy the sound of the Santa Clara River. You will be in the center of the universe. Surrounded by mountains with the most amazing sunrises and sunsets. Feel the quietness of being in the desert with only the stars at night. Close to 7 National Parks including Zions and Bryce. Close enough to Area 51 to hear the secret aircraft flying over at night. Get away from the hustle and bustle of town, but yet close enough to both Cedar City and St. George to drive in for a nice meal at your favorite restaurant. Day trips to state Parks.

Cozy family home.

This cute house was built in 1960 and updated in 2023. Centrally located with a very large kitchen and dining area with all new appliances. Front room and family rooms have televisions, recliners and queen sofa sleepers. Two bedrooms with two twin beds and one queen bed. Bathroom was also updated in 2023. Plenty of free parking in driveway and in front of the house. We are still remodeling the master bedroom and bath so it is currently unavailable.
