We would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back and stay again. Great walking trail right behind the property to walk to town or exercise on miles of trails. BART is a 5 min drive to get you into the city or nearby Walnut Creek for great shopping. A very clean, peaceful and quiet place to stay.

Another great stay at Kay Marie and Gerald’s place! We returned for a second stay due to the beautiful space and perfect location. We love the walkability to everything you could need — grocery, coffee, restaurants, movie theater, clothing stores, nail salons, laundromats, literally everything! You can also head out the door and take a peaceful neighborhood walk, admiring all the local flora. Choose your adventure: flat roads, small hills, or very hilly. Kay Marie and Gerald are friendly, responsive, communicative hosts. We’ll surely be back again.

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful guest home. The space was spotless, well-stocked, and incredibly comfortable, especially the beds! The full kitchen made meals easy, and the private yard was a real bonus with lovely patio furniture, a gorgeous garden, and even fruit trees like lemon and kiwi. It felt peaceful and relaxing throughout. The host was very responsive and made everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

This is a great place to stay in Berkeley! It is close to downtown Berkeley (with great food) and the University. It is also a near a BART station (which I used to get to Oracle Park! ) Shannon was also super accommodating and understanding of my situations and for that I truly appreciate it! Tysm! Highly recommended for OOMPH students at UC Berkeley, super convenient and near the building where your classes take place. Favorite food place so far: Cholita Linda Will come back here again! Gina was an amazing host. I got a chance to book her place with my parents. It was their first ever experience with Airbnb, and they really loved it. Suren’s place was the perfect location to spend an evening on our way to San Francisco. The bed was super comfortable & the kitchen was just what we needed to prepare our meals. There was even a lovely Homie touch of slippers for our comfort! Suren was so kind and understanding when I was having difficulty opening up the lockbox to get the key… she did not hesitate to jump in and help us out!

Everything exceeded requirements. I could not have been better treated from a hotel. The room is completely private from the house. The bathroom and fixtures appear newly renovated. Plus a small refrigerator/freezer and beautifully set up tea, coffee and snack display. The satin bed cover added elegance. I never saw my hosts, nor needed to. but they contacted me daily to ask if I needed anything or tell me about local places to visit. I could not have been more pleased.

Sweet and clean house, my girlfriend and I had a very cozy stay here, the backyard is feeling mellow, it was so nice to sit there and watch the sunset. By the way, there are books and music records (mostly jazz) about San Francisco. All in all, lovely place, would recommend!

I always stay at Airbnb's when I'm traveling... this one exceeded all of my expectations! Mike's place is paradise. The views are phenomenal and the little coastal town of Pacifica is welcoming and comfortable. They recommended lovely hikes and places to eat. (Devil's slide hike was spectacular and make sure you check out Soul Grind Cafe!) I can't wait to visit again next year!!!

My partner and I slept like a dream in the extremely comfortable bed. The location is so perfect right across from the beach and has great cafes in the area. Would absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic place. Nestled in beautiful, peaceful forest surroundings, it's a great spot to relax - yet still just a short drive away from Oakland city center, Berkeley, and San Francisco. Inside, the apartment is spacious, functional and well laid out. Great communication and organisation from the Host as well. Overall very highly recommended!

We absolutely loved staying at this spot! Would definitely 100% book again. The apartment was so cute, the bed was very comfy, the bathroom and kitchen space had all the amenities, and the price was right.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The view of the water was amazing to wake up to, lots of wildlife, and felt very private. The studio is clean and charming and has plenty of kitchenware despite not having a full kitchen! Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay for 8 days at this little garden retreat. Angel was a great on site host and accommodated any of my asks very quickly. The studio was perfect for me as a solo traveler and the gardens were a lovely respite to all the hubbub of my week in the bay. Loved chatting with the chickens in the morning and even got a couple eggs. Perfect for a laid back traveler who wants a little oasis close to Bart. Will definitely stay again and telling all my friends about it! Thank you!

This place was perfect for my stay. It was very private, clean, comfortable, and came stocked with many amenities. The neighborhood felt safe, and many restaurants and stores were within a convenient walking distance. It was also located close to public transportation, and parking was not an issue. Sayaka was an extremely gracious and communicative host, and helped us feel right at home during our stay. I would love to come back any time!

This is a super Airbnb location with a friendly and responsive host. The tranquil setting and private access made for a very restful stay. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, both the bed and sofa-bed were wonderfully clean and comfy, and the shower was majestic! Fred has thought of every detail to make his guests feel at home. We would definitely stay again!

It was a great spot for a one-week visit to the area. It's a quiet neighborhood with views of the Bay and beyond. Blake Garden is just a three-minute walk away, and it was beautiful in May. We spotted local wildlife in the area (mostly when driving home at night): deer, raccoons, and a downhill neighbor seems to have a skunk family living in their driveway. The unit itself is perfect for a couple, and the sofa bed was comfortable for a kid of any size. The shared laundry room was available and convenient. We agree with others who have noted that the in-wall space heater was a little loud. This would not normally be a problem for us, as the droning fan creates white noise -- except at certain temperatures, the thermostat would occasionally cause it to repeatedly turn on and off. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning if in the area again.

This place was extremely cozy and beautiful. Nestled in a spot that isn't too far from any stores or restaurants, but still delivering an amazing mountain view in a quiet neighborhood. Katy was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The place had any and all amenities we could ask for. There are placards with helpful instructions placed throughout the abode, which is honestly how every place should do things! Checkout was simple and uncomplicated. We would absolutely stay here again if given the opportunity to do so.
