Our stay at Lori and Mike’s place was absolutely fantastic, and Lori truly made it unforgettable. While Mike was away on a trip, Lori went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed—and more. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel so welcome. She was warm, thoughtful, and incredibly attentive without ever being overbearing. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her guests and takes pride in creating a comfortable, personalized experience. She checked in with us just enough to make sure we were all set and shared amazing local tips that really made our trip extra special. Her kindness, attention to detail, and friendly energy made all the difference. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. Thank you so much, Lori—you’re truly one of a kind!

We had an amazing stay at Casita Casita, the kids had so much fun in the pool and the kitchen was beautiful. On the last day, my six year old didn’t want to leave, she said she wished we could live there forever. It was super clean and when I did have a question, Courtney replied almost immediately. She was super great to work with, she sent us the house guide before our arrival and it included food recommendations. There was also a book printed guide which we actually referenced a lot! So that was helpful. The location is EXTREMELY walkable, we had fun walking to local shops and restaurants and the local park and bocci ball court.

Our family had the most incredible weekend at Gina's beautiful home! First of all, a HEATED POOL makes all the difference, huge plus! We loved spending time in the backyard with so many beautiful outdoor areas to hangout with family, including your own private dock with a kayak! We were a little bummed the outdoor firepit wasn't working because we loved being outside so much but maybe next time. We hope to come back soon! We loved the big wooden table and big cozy couch for all 8 of us to enjoy time eating meals and playing games together! It was super convenient to have the grocery store just 6 minutes down the road as well. She was also extremely accommodating which made the stay even better!

Had an excellent stay with our family. Will is one of the best airbnb hosts we have ever had and would stay again at this home or any other home he hosts without hesitation. The cactus home is luxurious and has amazing amenities like heated bathroom floors, great outdoor space with pool and hot tub, and a well equipped kitchen.

We stayed at this place for nine days and had a fantastic experience. It was clean and plenty of space in the house. By car it's easy to experience the whole Bay area from this place.

David was a great host! He provided clear instructions for check in and accessing items around the house. The house itself was very nice and accessible. However, we were asked to start a load of laundry ourselves for the dirty towels despite being charged a cleaning fee. Other than that, I would recommend David’s home!

Melodie truly goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. She thought of things like Contact Lens Solution! This was the first time i’ve ever seen that in a care kit. I also can’t speak more to kindness as when she allowed me to stay an extra hour because I was having a hard time parting ways with this new found peace and comfort. Then I added a second hour and simply felt like extended family at that point. The heated saltwater pool under the blue sky surrounded by chirping birds and nature was extremely soothing to my spirit. I shall return.

The hotel is very clean and looks exactly like the picture and the beddings are very comfortable. The surroundings are very safe.

Hamzeh always responds very quick and is very flexible with everything we asked him! The place is amazing, not only the view, but the house itself is very spacious and cozy.

I had a wonderful stay at Tracy's place - it was quiet, peaceful, and my girls (dogs) and I had a wonderful time at this home. We loved the yard and even enjoyed a day grilling in the yard with lovely views of the bay and city lights. While I did not need all of the space that was provided, it would be exceptional for two couples or a famility with children! I would certainly recommend staying at Tracy's for anyone wishing to visit Berkeley and I will certainly try to schedule another visit at this home for my next Berkely trip.

We are local and booked Lori & Don’s place because we were having work done on our house and it was close to our home. I’m so glad we did! I’d give them a 10 star rating if I could. They were welcoming and kind, yet we felt we had our privacy. The amount of snacks, breakfast fixings that included fresh eggs, juices and waters were more than I’ve ever had at an Airbnb! We stayed 6 nights and loved it. Will definitely keep their charming place in mind, when we have out of town guests. Thank you, Don and Lori!!!!

Michele’s place was absolutely amazing. I stayed with my young daughter and pup and it was the perfect space for us. It was exactly as pictured - every room was spotless and smelled fresh! The backyard was so cute. My dog enjoyed running around for a bit while I worked under the sun for a few days. (We were coming from gray NYC so this was particularly fantastic.) The house is about a 5 minute walk to the BART station - really convenient for exploring different areas. I must also say though that it wasn’t just the house itself that was great, the host was too! Before I even decided to book, Michele was helpful, answering any question I had immediately with kindness and patience. Our flight arrived fairly late but Michele was super accommodating. Throughout the stay, she checked in to make sure things were going well and that we were enjoying our stay. Even after we returned to NY, she asked how the flight was! I highly recommend staying at this Airbnb. I definitely will again.

Andria’s place was great. Pictures do not do it justice .i have never seen a kitchen so equipped and high end appliances. The view is fabulous the yard is great the home is very comfortable and close to restaurants. Great sunsets.and very private and quiet. Never heard the traffic like others have noted.

This was a gem of an airbnb! The space is beautifully put together, very clean and comfortable - I almost didn't want to leave it! The location can't be beat - just steps away from Castro and a short walk over to Dolores Park/mission. Cory was extremely pleasant to communicate with, super helpful and eager to be a resource, and very proactive in addressing a next door neighbor's construction mess. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to any future guests!

want to say Thank you for a great experience on my first time renting on airbnb. The house was exactly as described and made our stay so much more enjoyable. Home was emaculent and in a quiet layer back neighborhood. Everything you could need for a comfortable stay was thought of and provided. I would definatly stay here again for my next visit to Benicia.

We loved the location because the house was very cool, had a fantastic view and the grounds were great. We liked walking our dog in the neighborhood. We live in Southern California in a similar neighborhood but some might find the drive to the house a little challenging but well worth it when you get there! We hope to stay again next time we visit our daughter.

We booked this house in Concord because family lives close by. This house is on a quiet, residential street. It’s a short drive to downtown Concord and the BART station. The house is great. It’s spacious, clean, well stocked, and nicely decorated. We loved the artwork on the walls. The rooms are generous and the house is quiet. We loved that there was plenty of hot water and the showers were wonderful. We got to do laundry, which was a real plus because we were traveling as a family. Since we visited during the winter, we couldn’t enjoy the lovely back yard. We will definitely keep this place in mind for our next visit.

We stayed in the upstairs unit which was bright & comfortably furnished. There is a cute outdoor space behind the house which is shared by guests in both units.

Our family absolutely loved this home. The beds were comfy and gave us rest after busy days in the Bay. The host was responsive. Check-in instructions were easy. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. We would love to stay here again during future Bay visits.

We really enjoyed our stay and the surrounding area. We will definitely book again the next time we visit :)

Mel’s place was wonderful! Mel communicated with us prior to our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed and provided recommendations for local restaurants. She made sure to put the lights on for us because we were coming in late in the evening. The place was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The beds were very comfortable and we slept great. Would highly recommend Mel’s place!

Naomi's place was great! They were very responsive and the space was beautiful and fit all 6 of us nicely.
