Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Conca

Great house with nice views. We spent beautiful days here in the mountains. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place. However, you are dependent on a car, shopping in a larger supermarket is about 25 minutes away. We would come back.

Well located rental in a quiet area but close to Propriano where you can find all the amenities for shopping, seaside hikes, beaches and the mountains max. 1 hour away. The house is well laid out inside the property where there is also the owners' house and another rental a little higher up, not opposite the terrace and the property is large enough not to get in the way. So a great vacation in May where life is good in Corsica!

We were two families (eight people) and rented Anne's place together for 10 days. The house is very spacious and has a wonderful fenced garden, which has plenty of space for our children to explore. The heated, well-protected pool (fence, gate, pool alarm) was the highlight for us and we spent a lot of time there. The house was very clean and comfortably furnished. The house sits at the foot of the mountains, but you can reach wonderful beaches in 20 minutes. Anne and her housekeeper were available and very helpful. Thank you so much for letting us spend our holidays here.

Positive points: - total change of scenery - good hosting - villa in the middle of the countryside - each bedroom has its own bathroom -Heatedpool - responsiveness to requests - towels and linens available. Cons: - access road to the sheepfold is very degraded - Bed linen for children absent despite knowing the number of people (7) when booking - some bulbs out of order - ⁠TVs in the rooms did not work - ⁠XPTV is not working very well. - lack of a lot of cutlery and pans especially for 7 people - No breakfast (photos on the website). - The bedroom doors do not close from the outside and the keys to the shutters do not allow you to secure your luggage. - Lack of shower curtains at the bathtub in the bedrooms - The bidet is not connected so no water (bedroom near dining room) - 2 slats broken bunk bed and the bed squeaks a lot - no duplicate keys when there are many of us

We had a great time at the villa. The villa has beautiful views and perfect comfort, the pool is also superb. The place is a little isolated from everything but it's really not a concern. Nick and Constance were very helpful both with their availability and recommendations and with their flexibility on check-in time, we greatly appreciated and thanked them warmly.

We were very warmly welcomed by our host in a charming and peaceful setting. The listing was accurate to the listing descriptions and photos. Vanessa and her husband respond immediately to our requests. The accommodation is located close by, by car, restaurants, beautiful beaches, a supermarket. This is the perfect place to explore the South of the island. We highly recommend this listing.

a few small inconveniences when we arrived quickly taken care of and resolved by Laude and his very responsive team. the house is functional, well equipped, with a sublime view of the beach of favonne accessible on foot in 5 minutes (with a beautiful hill to climb, that's the calves...😁). Useful shops are about 5/10 minutes by car and the location of the house allows access in a very reasonable time to the most beautiful beaches south of porto vecchio, the needles of bavella, beautiful rivers with natural pools... ). In short, we recommend this rental both for the quality of the accommodation, the responsiveness of Laude and the location of the accommodation.

Thanks to Pascal's detailed explanations, the accommodation is easy to find. The landscape around the house is just beautiful. The apartment is located on the ground floor and opens onto a nice terrace where you can have breakfast or enjoy the pool a little lower in front of this incredible environment. Inside, there's everything you need. Pascal's welcome is very warm and his communication perfect. A little piece of heaven where we would gladly settle!

The place itself is wonderful and reasonably priced, and communication with the host was smooth at first. But for some reason, she decided to pick a fight at the very end of our stay about a trivial misunderstanding (about the exact place to leave the garbage bags) that she could've avoided by providing actual instructions in the house rules (there weren't any). That left a bad aftertaste.

Very nice apartment with stunning sea views and all the comforts you need for a great stay in Ajaccio. Serge is a very welcoming and generous host.

The apartment is as described, spacious and very clean. the kitchen is very well-equipped. the view from the terrace is stunning, you can't get enough of it. Alice was efficient for check-in and checkout. 2 downsides: the mattress of one of the beds is very soft and the soundproofing between the 2 apartments is bad but we are lucky to have neighbors only 2 nights. We enjoyed this beautiful region thanks to this very well located apartment and the easy traffic in May.

The accommodation is very nice, in a very peaceful hamlet, you can easily find parking a hundred meters away. The area is beautiful for hiking enthusiasts and the sea is not far away!

Small house is absolutely lovely. Perfect for couples. Large garden though is really a highlight here, we had a lot of dinners there and we absolutely loved it. Our dog also enjoyed freedom as garden is fully fenced.

This was the third time we stayed at Calm and Charm in Porto Vecchio and it was just great to be back! We immediately felt at home! The house is beautiful with a large, private, garden and it's close to the lovely city of Porto Vecchio and the beautiful Palombaggia. Amazing sea facing gem with everything you may need for a fantastic holiday. Loved how easy it was to communicate with Edith. The beach is very close by and the area is perfect to explore south Corsica. I loved that every room had its own private toilet and the two levels can give privacy for two families.

Jean Michel was a wonderful host, nothing was too much trouble. The villa is stunning and very comfortable. Our little boy loved playing with all the toys which are a brilliant addition for anyone staying with children, no need to pack lots of toys. We had a brilliant time at Jean Michel’s villa. Amazing villa in a beautiful setting.

I booked this place for my in-laws, they loved it and didn't want to leave! They loved the time in the hot tub, dinner was delicious and hearty, same for breakfast! It had everything it needed! In the future I will book, but for me this time 😂 A big thank you for your warm welcome, Julie who was in the kitchen it seems to me, Lionnel and his dad, thank you so much for making this an incredible experience for them.
