Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Corse-du-Sud

Great house with nice views. We spent beautiful days here in the mountains. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place. However, you are dependent on a car, shopping in a larger supermarket is about 25 minutes away. We would come back.

We really enjoyed the house, which is very bright with a very well-equipped kitchen. It is a very nice house, with a beautiful sunset on the mountains that can be seen from the pool terrace. A small technical pool ladder issue following a previous rental earned us a small refund on the price paid for the unsolicited rental. Very good owners. I highly recommend this house to explore the Suf part of Corsica. For the children of the Plat Pays, of which I am one, the Corsican mountains are high, it is in our interest to hang on to the hairpin roads. I recommend the road along the coast, despite a possible traffic jam...

A Beautiful and Relaxing Stay at Villa Lily Bay We had a wonderful stay at Villa Lily Bay in Marina de Santa Giulia. The villa is beautifully renovated, stylishly decorated, and offers beautiful views of the bay and surrounding mountains. The location is perfect—walking distance to the beach, quiet neighborhood and shared pool (though now closed for winter maintenance), making it easy to unwind in the serene scenery. There is a short drive to shops and restaurants in Porto-Vecchio as well as only 30 minute drive to Bonifacio, which is absolutely worth the visit. For hikers I recommend checking out Cascade de Piscia di Ghjaddu within 1 hour drive. The villa was well-equipped and comfortable, providing a great balance of modern amenities and natural beauty. Entrance is via winding stairs, just a note for people with mobility issues. Overall, a fantastic experience with Eric, and we would love to return! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway in Corsica.

A real favorite for this accommodation located in a peaceful haven with the only noise being the birds singing. We felt at home as the services and comfort are 5 stars … the accommodation far exceeded our expectations and the initial description … it was just perfect thank you Jean ❤️

Eric and Edith's place is one of the classiest AirBNB's I've ever stayed in. The apartment is even better than the pictures - the floor layout and composition of everything including tasteful furniture and decor is perfect. Lovely, partly wild garden lot. Lots of space in the apartment - huge patio for star-gazing. Beautiful view onto the sea and coast. Good for watching sunsets. The neighborhood is off the beaten track but it's easy enough to get to several towns and attractions in the southwest of Corsica. A dirt road going by the house leads down to a beautiful beach with a very good family-run restaurant. Edith is very responsive and is concerned that guests have a good stay. I highly recommend this listing.

We were there with three other friends. The house is enormously well-equipped. Supermarket etc. in the immediate vicinity. The communication with Julia was great. With the pool and the beach in front of the door, nothing was missing. I can only recommend it. Thank you for the great time with you.

Positive points: - total change of scenery - good hosting - villa in the middle of the countryside - each bedroom has its own bathroom -Heatedpool - responsiveness to requests - towels and linens available. Cons: - access road to the sheepfold is very degraded - Bed linen for children absent despite knowing the number of people (7) when booking - some bulbs out of order - ⁠TVs in the rooms did not work - ⁠XPTV is not working very well. - lack of a lot of cutlery and pans especially for 7 people - No breakfast (photos on the website). - The bedroom doors do not close from the outside and the keys to the shutters do not allow you to secure your luggage. - Lack of shower curtains at the bathtub in the bedrooms - The bidet is not connected so no water (bedroom near dining room) - 2 slats broken bunk bed and the bed squeaks a lot - no duplicate keys when there are many of us

Beautiful and hospitable home in the historic center of Ajaccio. Very clean house and the kitchen had everything you need to cook. Very nice bathrooms. If I have to make a single note, the check-in time at 5:00 p.m. may be a little late considering that check-out is scheduled for 10. That said, we were still able to leave our luggage earlier.

We had a wonderful stay in Kallinera. Marion and Mathieu were very friendly, relaxed and helpful hosts. Great views from the apartment over the bay and the garden and terrace very relaxing spaces to spend time. The 3 apartments are planned so there are absolutely no privacy or overlooking issues. Rooms were very clean and the kitchen is well equipped if you want to stay in the apartment and cook. The center of Porto-Vechio is a 5 minute drive. There is a small car park in the old town if you get there early enough. In terms of beaches, we went to Santa Giulia which was very very crowded with difficult parking in the middle of the season. Cala Rossa and Saint Cyprien are smaller, much less crowded and better options and they are much closer. We would recommend the drive from Porto-Vecchio to Solenzara over the Col de Bavella which is spectacular. We stopped and walked to the Cascade de Piscia di Ghjaddu - go early to avoid the crowds and the heat. All in all, a great holiday.

Marie-France and her husband were very welcoming and very warm. The apartment is well decorated, warm, clean, impeccable, they left us local products, no complaints. We'll repeat the experience.

Thanks to Pascal's detailed explanations, the accommodation is easy to find. The landscape around the house is just beautiful. The apartment is located on the ground floor and opens onto a nice terrace where you can have breakfast or enjoy the pool a little lower in front of this incredible environment. Inside, there's everything you need. Pascal's welcome is very warm and his communication perfect. A little piece of heaven where we would gladly settle!

Beautiful and cozy apartment in Zonza. In the middle of the village. Perfect base for exploring the mountains of Corsica. It was clean and tidy. Very soft bed. One evening noise from the cafe across the street, otherwise no nuisance from the restaurants.

We had a great stay. Beautiful villa with a high level of service (equipment, furniture, bedding, etc.). Everything was perfect! Thank you very much, we will come back without hesitation!

Amazing sea facing gem with everything you may need for a fantastic holiday. Loved how easy it was to communicate with Edith. The beach is very close by and the area is perfect to explore south Corsica. I loved that every room had its own private toilet and the two levels can give privacy for two families.

Jean Michel was a wonderful host, nothing was too much trouble. The villa is stunning and very comfortable. Our little boy loved playing with all the toys which are a brilliant addition for anyone staying with children, no need to pack lots of toys. We had a brilliant time at Jean Michel’s villa. The two of us spent a nice week in the villa and felt very comfortable. The pool, as well as the large terrace, are an absolute highlight and offer an excellent view and plenty of space for relaxation. Damien is a great host who was always easy to reach and helpful. We can absolutely recommend the villa.

Superbly located villa on a track off the main road from Porto Vecchio to Bonifacio, just outside Porto Vecchio with all its local facilities. It’s one of three similar villas, each secluded from the others. The villa overlooks Santa Giulia bay and wooded hills - the views are stunning, especially in the late afternoon/early evening light. The villa is as pictured and is comfortable and well equipped - the BBQ in particular is great! The style is simple and rustic, and we very much enjoyed our stay. The villa is naturally cool at night, which we appreciated - there was no need to use the AC to sleep. All in all a superb location for exploring the beaches of southern Corsica and visiting Bonifacio, which is an incredible historic town with a beautiful and lively port.
