Monthly Rentals in Como Beach

Perfect location for our stay. Even though it is close to main roads, once inside the house you cannot hear any road noise. Wonderful nights rest, everything you need for a stay and immaculately clean. Already looking to book it for next year.

We stayed here for our first 4 weeks in Perth, absolutely loved the place, great location right near South Perth foreshore with easy access straight into the city and surrounding areas. Natalie and Warren were fantastic hosts, very friendly and made us feel very welcome and at home from day one. Thanks for hosting us, would definitely recommend this place to anyone! Charlie

The unit was absolutely lovely – clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. The location was convenient and made it easy to explore the area. Our host had excellent communication throughout the entire stay, making everything smooth and stress-free. Would definitely stay here again

We enjoyed our stay very much. the location was perfect, walking distance to Coles, cafes and beautiful parks as well as the zoo. We appreciated the cleanliness of the home. We did have some issues with ants but given other guests comments, this may be a wider strata problem, however it was easily resolved with keeping food items off the counter tops. There is on site parking for one car and the area was quiet. we visited in winter so didn't spend time outside, though I imagine it is lovely in warmer months. Linda provided us a travel cot and highchair which was greatly appreciated. Thank you.
