Our beloved luxury apartment is one of the nicest places to stay in town. It underwent a ground-up bespoke renovation with white oak hardwood floors, quartz countertops and premium appliances, rivaling a premium suite at a boutique hotel with the added privacy, charm, and amenities of a home for a great price.

The condo worked perfectly for our three night stay!! Beautiful balcony view and peaceful golf course setting. Bed were comfortable and kitchen was stocked with all basic needs. Cara helped point us to a nearby convenient store and recommended some restaurants in the area which we enjoyed. Cara was responsive to all messages I sent! We were in town for a weekend softball tournament. This was just a short drive to Blue River Park where the games were played, which was nice. We did have an issue with the door not locking properly. However, I messaged, explained the situation & we had someone there to fix it within the hour. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience for us. Having never stayed at an ABB before, I'm thankful for hosts that were extremely easy to work with and a very clean place to stay.

My wife and I stayed in the Koala Room for a month, and it was a great temporary stay for the price. While the house faces the road, the traffic noise wasn’t very noticeable in the room. There are plenty of kitchen appliances that made cooking easy, along with a large refrigerator, which was a nice bonus. The neighborhood felt safe to walk around during the day, and there are a few restaurants and bars within walking distance. The host is very responsive, and any major issues are addressed quickly. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone needing a short or long-term stay near downtown Indy.

Last second trip and booking, and it was well worth it! The place is amazing and the history is incredible. Not to mention within 10 minutes of downtown Nashville. Nice relaxing place to be close, but far enough away for peace and quiet!

A very comfortable walk every where! Our contact, TJ, was the best! He provided perfectly detailed instructions for check; very personal touch, gave great bar recommendations that were spot on!
