Our lovely farmhouse is minutes from Lake Lemon, Griffey Lake, Indiana University & many spots in Bloomington. Conveniently not far from I-69, we're 20 minutes away from Nashville. This is a basement apartment with private bedroom, private bathroom, large living/dining area, & kitchenette. Shared front door & ~10 steps inside main floor. The ranch is 50+ acres with 8+ acres of woods for hiking, pastures with cattle, a heated pool & patio area, & a beautiful front porch looking over the ranch.

Large, private 1350 sq ft apartment in a peaceful, wooded location, 1 mile from downtown Nashville and the Brown County State Park. 3 queen beds (one is a murphy bed, in order to have 2 separate sleeping areas). Full kitchen with washer/dryer. Free wifi. Large private yard and deck to bird watch with your complimentary morning coffee and biscotti. Enjoy the outdoor gas grill and fire pit (wood provided). Two bedrooms, one bath, full kitchen, outdoor patio with a hot tub & two person sauna. The apartment is in a finished basement with a private exterior entrance. Downtown Nashville is about a 15 minute walk and Hard Truth Hills, The north entrance to the Brown County State Park and the Brown County Music Center are all just a short drive away.
