Monthly Rentals in Colombo

A really great place to stay. I have some allergies, so a kitchen was a must-- the kitchen here is wonderful. The room was comfortable and has AC. The shared living spaces are also gorgeous. Laundry was a breeze. I did some WFH, and was able to be very productive in the house. Siran's mom and Alex, who helps to run the house, were really lovely living companions--they were also very helpful with recommendations and showing me a bit around the neighborhood when I first arrived. They also included me in a few 'family-style' activities which was really fun. But they also gave me space when I wanted it, and were very respectful. Staying here really felt like being home. While not in the center of town, this is a plus for people looking to stay away from the bustle and tourist areas, and see a bit more of what the rest of Colombo is like. I think this would make a great place for anyone who is staying longer term, or who is working as they travel, or who has allergies and needs to cook.

I stayed at here for 3 nights. Located in a very convenient but quiet and peaceful nabourhood, felt very safe. Apartment has a separate entrance, clean and tastefully decorated. Roni was an excellent host, very friendly and responded promptly throughout the stay. I wound highly recommend staying here at Roni’s 😊

This place truly exceeded expectations! From the moment I arrived, everything felt smooth and well-organized thanks to the incredibly helpful Welcome Guide, checking in, using the apartment, amenities and getting around was very smooth. The apartment itself was spotless, stylish, and had everything I needed. The gym and pool were fantastic. The host was warm and responsive throughout. You really can’t beat the location either - so many great spots within walking distance. I’d happily book this place again! Thank you!

Good Place to Stay in 5 minutes away from the beach! Damayanthy was very helpful and his mom was also helpful too! Very good if your goal is to jump from Negombo to other cities! The family is so kind and hospitable, they even waited for me until 1 am until i arrived!
