It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

Great apartment in the heart of Spello. The accommodations were lovely and very comfortable. Having two bedrooms and two baths was exactly what we needed. The apartment is in the best location in Spello. Close to everything. There are some steps to get up to the apartment but being in a hill town, this was to be expected. Massimiliano was a great host. Very communicative and helpful. We would stay here again without hesitation.

What a breath of fresh air. We loved Rome but everyone should take a break on their journey and come stay a few days to unwind, drink wine and smell the Jasmin in this beautiful place. Stefania’s place is much better than the photos because the love and care Stefania puts into every detail only comes across in person. Great for a group if you are lucky enough to snag a couple units.

We loved our stay at this apartment! It is walkable to the local historic downtown area and just a quick drive to Assisi. Maria Francesca is such a warm and welcoming host and she was very responsive as well. We would love to return one day!

We spent 5 weeks in Paolo's apartment in Collepino in November and December. We were 3: my wife, my 4 years old daughter and me. We loved our stay. Collepino is a beautiful medieval town surrounded by green. It's just 10 mins away from Spello and the local highway. The borgo has a restaurant and a bar, the latter run by the awesome Flavio: the center of gravity of the town :) The town is very quiet in winter, but it is a lovely community. Paolo is a great host, always very responsive to our questions and requests. We really loved our stay and will keep the place in our hearts.

What a fantastic place! If you are looking for a peaceful place in nature to relax and unwind in Italy, look no further than this farm stay. Silvia and Alberto were excellent hosts, very friendly and helpful, the accommodations are nice, and the views are spectacular. An added bonus was their adorable dog, who greeted us at our car, hung out with us often and went on nearly every walk with us. We already miss her! Alberto also did a cooking class for us, which was a wonderful experience and so much fun. We highly recommend this Airbnb!
