Monthly Rentals in College Hill

This was my second stay in this apartment. It's the perfect size for one person or a couple, and I love that it is pet friendly. It's bright, with lots of windows, and in a walkable area of town with restaurants, a brewery and bars a 5-10m walk away. Stylianos is very communicative and easy to reach — there was a miscommunication regarding cleaning ahead of my arrival but he addressed it promptly and sent the cleaner right over.

My stay was wonderful and met all of my expectations, I would stay there again and recommend to others, this is not the Hilton, this is home, not perfect in every way, which makes my stay even more comfortable. Keiuna was a wonderful host and her communication was great!

Lynnetta's "The Abiding Place" is a lovely, charming, and welcoming home. From the restful colors, comfy beds, and soft towels, it's a great place to stay. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. It's close to a few restaurants and a fun place to play board games at "Free Parking: Bar, Board Games, and Bites." We were there to visit family and it was a convenient 10 minute walk. We hope to stay there again when visiting family in Cincinnati.

the host were absolutely amazing! the place itself was stunning and just so peaceful, letting both me and my partner relax. :)
